  vacuums are either clogged or broken, sprays looks more like water than anything else. Quality is not the same.

  They try making you become a member and don’t stop asking. Won’t be back. Brushless is the way to go.

  I’d like to start off by saying John Lanb is an awesome guy! He’s professional, great attitude, and what I believe is a Valuable Employee to Rocket Carwash located here in Altoona Iowa. The car wash its self is in a great location, great wash and awesome amenities such as vacuums, all sorts out interior and exterior sprays, washing mat station as well as air to blow water out of cracks and crevices or just for interior usage! Thank you John for your Great Attitude and Attention for customers needs/wants!

  Have asked for touch less on multiple occasions at this Rocket Carwash/Shine Shop location as well the Ankeny location, without receiving it. I have multiple DEEP scratches on my truck, with less than 3000 miles on it, that have accrued because of laziness of workers by not pressing touch less. I have given them multiple chances by asking them to put a note on my profile as well as asking every time I go through. That is biggest complaint ontop of my vehicle never being clean after going through. I wouldn’t recommended this car wash company to my worst enemy.
