I had an outstanding experience with Westside Fender. Randy provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly professional, fast, and helpful from start to finish. He answered all of my questions clearly and made the entire process completely smooth and hassle-free. If you are looking for an honest, top-tier facility on Oahu that treats people right, I highly recommend Westside Fender. The team here is fantastic!

I felt the need to write a positive review on this place! Let me start by saying THANK YOU to front desk CHELSEA for being such a sweet bubbly person, she provided wonderful warming service! With her positivity, contagious smile, bright personality. You are truly a beautiful person meant to be point of contact when customers walk in girl! Huge shout out to tech Mark and auto body crew for such an amazing job on the repairs. Thank you for your cleaners for the outshining cleanliness of my vehicle! Also I truly genuinely would like to say thank you to Chelsea and her guys for your patience and understanding working with me. May you all have a wonderful week!

Amazing service. Frankly, I thought they would’ve just fixed the dents and call it a day, but they went ahead and detailed my entire car and washed the outside as well. They made it like brand new. I’m not from Oahu so I was skeptical where I chose to get my car touched up and repaired, but I can safely say that this is the place to get body work done on your car.

My car before had a dent on the left rear door. I picked up my car and they took care of it. Waited a week and a half - in my opinion that was quick. I picked it up and it looked brand new again. They did an awesome job. Appreciate the time and effort they put into my car 🫶🏽 give it 5 stars cus they cleaned the outside really good 👍🏽

My car was damaged when I returned back to a parking lot recently. The front bumper was loose and out of place and there were significant damages as if a car backed into it. I went to Westside Fender/Body & Refinishing as my friend recommended them. The staff throughly explained all the damages that were incurred to my car. I’m really really pleased with the work that they did, they are extremely courteous and professional. Their customer service was really excellent too! I would definitely recommend their services and go back to them if needed. My car looks brand new! :)
