- KKKimberly Kau3 days ago5.0This was my first time taking our old 2010 car to this car repair shop and I am so glad that I did. The experience was very positive as I found staff including the owner Lucille and Irene up front, to be friendly, helpful, kind and they really treated me like they cared about me and my car. What I appreciated was that Irene helped me find the bathroom and got a chair for me to sit down waiting for the Enterprise shuttle to pick me up. As for the repairs themselves, when I got my car back, I found that they had fixed my car so well that it is running the best that it has in a long time. Prices were fair and affordable too, so I would highly recommend taking your car to Waipio Auto Repair. After all, they now have a new customer in me for I found excellent customer service at Waipio Auto Repair.

Which is awesome for a women like me who doesn’t know anything about cars. They detail the job work and what needs to be done and estimate in easy to read. Love that they treat you like family.
