Tesla Pearl White paint not matched correctly. Quality control issues, including leaving tape residue on window sills and windows. Would not recommend. Update: The response from the owner indicates that someone by the name of Cheyne K. from management has been attempting to contact me. This is absolutely false as I have not received a text, call, or email from Gerber Collision & Glass.

I would like to thank USAA, Katrina, Gerber LLC management and superiors in prioritizing my vehicle due to the horrible experience I had in the mainland. I Recently bought my dream truck in the mainland and got into an accident due to natural disasters. I waited 4 months to have my vehicle “fixed” which they did not do even being a shop with 500 5 star reviews that all look like paid reviews aka MODERN COLLISION GA. Avoid that shop at all cost to any of my brother in arms! I brought my vehicle back, explained the horrible experience I had with that shop as well as a different shop on oahu chris from USAA immediately dropped everything during his work day to call his superiors and make sure that a service member was taken care of. Words do not express my gratitude for how quick chris was abIe to make sure I was taken care of. I would also personally like to thank everyone who worked on my truck, listened to every single concerned, kept me updated twice a week without a missing miss, even changed out an old suspension part that was going to cause an issue down the road free of charge because Gerber is for the PEOPLE! They are not your typical insurance company trying to cheap out on parts or labor they make sure vehicles are restored as if you were picking it up from the lot. I don’t know what I would’ve done and I honestly wouldn’t ever have been 1000% satisfied with my vehicle until Gerber Waipahu repaired it properly and professionally and only took 1 month and did not miss a single concerned I mentioned to them. If I could like 10 stars I would. That’s how great Gerber Waipahu location specially is, the upmost professional and knowledgeable technicians and painters who take pride in their work. Gerber waipahu will always be my go to shop if I ever get into a fender bender or need paint/body work done because after visiting over 5 body shops I can confirm Gerber has the best customer service and will make sure your vehicle is taken care of as if it’s their own. I hadn't heard of this company until my car needed to be inspected and repaired after damages sustained to my bumper. The insurance company referred me to Gerber Collision and Glass along with another repair shop in Waipahu, so I chose Gerber. I'm so happy that I did because they exceeded my expectations by far. Everything from customer service to work performance was A+. Their estimator "Asia" did an excellent job in providing me with great customer service, explaining what the expected cost would be, keeping me informed of what they found after thorough inspection of damages, along with the timeframe needed for repair/replace parts. It was a seamless process, and I will definitely be giving them my business in the future. I highly recommend this shop.
