  I've used many rental cars during the last 30 years from many different companies. I used Enterprise Waipahu rental car on 11-12 August , 2026 and it was the worst rental car I've ever seen in my life. There were so many preexisting scratches, scuff marks, and damages on the car, it looked more than 15 years old even though the car was a 2024 model. Also, Enterprise never sent me the receipt even after I called the office and requested it to an associate. Only good thing was that they delivered and picked up the rental car at Gerber Collision and Glass where I got my car repaired.

  The Waipahu office and Kira at the airport location were fantastic. Unfortunately the after hours emergency roadside is horrible. Not enough space here to describe.

  Just had a great experience with Enterprise, Waipahu! Customer service was great and Carlo was extremely friendly and helpful!!
