  I went into Auto Zone around 7 pm last week to pick up a part I had ordered. The employee that helped me asked me what part I had ordered, (which was a VVT solenoid), but I could not remember the exact name of it off the top of my head. I gave him the order number that was sent to me via text from Auto Zone, and he said he could not use that. Then, I gave him my phone number and asked if he could use that since I always place orders on my account. He stated he would not be able to use that to find it. I pulled up the text message which had the order date and gave him that, and he ultimately pulled up my account and a receipt from that date, printed it out, and tossed it onto the counter and told me to tell him which part it was, but then walked away to help another customer. I quickly identified the part, and showed him when he came back, to which he said “I can’t help you with that, you need a manager from the day crew because we are just the night crew and not trained on VDP orders”. I did go into Auto Zone today and spoke with an employee that was very helpful and helped me process the refund and place the order again since it had been returned to the hub on island. While I did get the help I needed, I am leaving this at 2 stars because the employee from last Thursday evening was rude and gave me the impression that he did not want to help me and I feel like employees at all times of the day should be able to process refunds and help place an order. Also, I don’t feel like I said or did anything that would cause the employee to be rude, which makes me feel like I should avoid going into that store in the evening from now on.

  AutoZone Mililani customer service representatives Preston , Kelan and the gang-were top-notch. They helped me with my car parts and everything that I needed to get my car running I thought O’Reilly would better no I was wrong ,AutoZone is the best. Thank you for your services and your time..   Had a Great experience coming to this store, the Grey Shirt Manager (Blad Guy) Ed, had a lot of experience with Motorcycle batteries. He explained everything to know about the AGM and NOCO Lithium Battery to me. Sold me on getting the Lithium battery and also sold me on getting the new tender attachment that goes with the battery. I will come visit Ed the next time I come back on Motorcycle parts and equipment that I may need. Great Job Ed. See you soon.
