  We had an outstanding experience at SIXT thanks to Kawai. From the moment we arrived, we felt a genuine interest in making sure we had an unforgettable experience. Kawai went above and beyond sharing places to explore, scenic spots and great dining options that honestly made our vacation better. The entire process was smooth, easy and very welcoming thanks to her. A big Mahalo from Brendi and I!

  Aimee at Sixt Car Rental in Kauai was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make our trip better from the very beginning. Not only did she help us save money, what really stood out was how friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful she was — she also shared fantastic local food recommendations that only locals would know about, and every suggestion was excellent. Customer service like this is rare these days. Huge thanks to Aimee for making our Kauai trip smoother, more affordable, and more memorable. Sixt is lucky to have her!

  Wallace at Sixt Kauai made our experience absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Traveling can sometimes feel stressful, especially after a long flight, but Wallace immediately made us feel welcomed, taken care of, and genuinely valued as customers. He was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was how personable and thoughtful he was, he didn’t just treat us like another reservation, he took the time to make sure everything was smooth, comfortable, and easy for us. His positive attitude and warm energy truly set the tone for our trip in Kauai. We originally reserved a truck and casually mentioned that a Jeep would have been fun for the island, but honestly, we weren’t picky at all and were completely happy either way. To our surprise, Wallace thoughtfully upgraded us to a truck Jeep, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. It genuinely made our day and made the experience feel even more special. You can tell Wallace truly cares about providing amazing customer service and creating memorable experiences for people. Employees like him are rare and make a huge difference. Sixt is very lucky to have someone like Wallace representing their team. Thank you again, Wallace, for going above and beyond and helping make our Kauai trip even more memorable!

  Michelle helped us out with our rental and was SO friendly and nice. She made the process so smooth and easy and helped us add some extra assistance to our packages. Sixt is so lucky to have such an amazing employee. She even gave us some food recommendations and hike ideas!! Mahalo Michelle 🌴🫶

  For the second year in a row, your agent Aimee helped us with our check-in process. She was friendly and engaging as ever and made the whole undertaking hassle-free and quick as ever! As we were waiting in line, we were hoping that between the available agents working the counter that day that we'd be lucky enough to get Aimee again... and we were lucky and got her again. We plan to come back next year and will be sure to request her again because she does such an awesome job for you and us! We also appreciate the ease of check-in and return. We used Budget in Kona a few years back and were hassled from them during the check-in AND return process. We have had the exact opposite experience with SIXT! Your shuttle driver was also very friendly and helpful!
