  I’ve rented from Enterprise Truck Rental in Lihue several times, and every experience has been excellent. A special thank you to Averie Soto, who has been amazing from day one. She always welcomes customers with a smile, makes the entire rental process easy, takes the time to explain the truck specifications, and even helped me measure the cargo area to make sure it was the perfect fit for our project. She’s incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about her customers. If you’re visiting Kauai or live on the island, I highly recommend Enterprise Truck Rental. Regular rental cars are often sold out, but they have great availability, competitive prices, and renting a truck or cargo van is very common here, whether for work, moving, outdoor adventures, or simply exploring the island. Outstanding customer service and a team that truly goes above and beyond. Mahalo, Averie!

  Your agent Averie Soto did an outstanding job from start 2 finish. My truck was clean, well maintained and suited all my family of 5 needs. The next time I visit Lihue, I will not hesitate to rent a truck from Ms. Soto again.

  If it wasn't for the agent that went out of her way to get us to and from the airport I would have to give them at best a 2. She really did mire then required to see that we got to get the truck and a ride back to the airport. All while working by herself as her boss quit on her and left her to do everything. Great work. Not going to post her name. She knows who she is. Thank you. This is at the location by the airport on kauai HI

  Avery was great - but the poor thing had to wash and clean cars while at the same time check people in and out and do administrative work. There should be more people staffed to take care of the various responsibilities at enterprise. I had to wait quite a while to get my car and drop it off. There weren’t very many customers either..just low staffing. But overall, Avery was truly the best car rental employee I’ve ever had and took care to get me a great cargo van for my event. A very new cargo van that made my life so much easier for my weekrnd event. I’m definitely gonnna use enterprise again!! Thank you Avery!!

  The staff were very helpful and gave us rides to the airport! I highly recommend them!
