  The best customer service you could possibly ask for . Nala was extremely friendly and Tobias the manager was very kind, understanding and very accomodating. Will always use this place when I'm in Kauai.

  Enterprise exchanged our car when we got a flat, even though it was the last day for the car rental. We were on vacation and tried looking for a tire repair shop. Peace of mind when you're in vacation is worth so much

  Fantastic staff, easy in and out, you definitely feel the aloha spirit here! Shuttle runs non-stop, no waiting. Our Ford Expedition (33K miles) was exactly what we needed; A/C worked great, it was a little worn but otherwise perfect!

  The process was quick and straight forward but to only have a truck, and convertible vehicle available for walk up is sorta sad. Definitely our fault for not reserving a vehicle so I get that but seems like the fix was in. Still they super helpful and great paid $240 for 1 1/2 day.
