  My husband and I rent from enterprise multiple times a year. We have never had any issues with the company before this location. They only had one car left in the type we reserved. Normally not an issue however this one was disgusting. There were crumbs left all in the cup holders and trash in the floorboards and center console. It was so gross that I went to the store to buy Lysol wipes to clean it myself. The cars alignment also felt off. The steering was difficult and if you weren’t gripping it tightly it would jerk to the right side. I imagine someone had taken the car off roading prior and the staff did not thoroughly check the car. Lastly, we filled up the gas at the Texaco down the street. We were then charged an additional $7 for gas as they claim that the tank was not filled up all the way. There wasn’t another gas station closer so I’m not sure what they expected me to do? One mile down the road shouldn’t affect the gas tank that much. Honestly I just feel like this enterprise is out to nickel and dime tourist. I should have researched and read reviews before booking. In the past I have always trusted enterprise. This is not the enterprise standard that I am used to.

  People were great to deal with and they were quick to get me out when i rented and return the car.

  There was no information provided on the specific address to return the car to at the airport. I went to the Enterprise next to the airport and was told that this was not the correct location. They said if I left it there, I would be automatically charged $50. They gave me instructions to type in "Alamo" in my maps app to get to the correct Enterprise. There is absolutely no mention of this on any of our paperwork or when we rented. You need to provide this written information with the specific address on the piece of paper that you had to renters and make a note that there is another Enterprise close by that could be confusing.

  Had a fabulous experience with my car rental here, even though I booked through a third party. Very friendly service (Marilou and Kraig) and a brand new car. Can highly recommend!
