  I was shopping in Lihue on a evening and noticed my right head light was out. I live in Wailua, I knew I didn't want to drive back home and possibly be ticketed and for road safety, for having my right headlight out. I went to AutoZone, in Lihue and was greeted and assisted in a very timely manner. A young man by the name of Kingston was at the desk, it got the lightbulb that I needed, I asked him if he could please help me, and place it in the car for me, so I would not have to drive home with the one headight out, he asked another person, her name was Ciana if that's okay, she gave him the option to decide and Kingston was very gracious to follow through with my request for assistance. Ciana was very nice & she came outside to the parking lot, to my vehicle & helped Kingston. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, professional and delivered outstanding customer service, their both great assets to AutoZone Auto Parts, Lihue, Kauai.

  I needed a battery for my keyless entry car fob. The counter employee not only quickly found the right battery, then without my asking, he installed it for me. That’s incredible customer service, thanks Judah! There are many auto parts stores in Lihue, because of this employee, I will only visit this one from now on!

  Brendan was outstanding! Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Mahalo!

  I live quite a ways away and didn’t want to drive all the way down to the Kapa’a branch without them having the part. Phoned and the staff person told me they “probably” did. Seemed to look it up in their system but still wasn’t sure if they had it. Gave him my reasoning for wanting to know for sure if they had it and he wasn’t helpful. Called the Lihue branch where the staff person not only let me know they had the part, but that Kapa’a had it also, what other things I needed to be aware of for the issue with my car and how much it might cost. Wish I was closer to the Lihue branch instead!
