  Expensive Tripod Recovered! I wanted to give a shoutout to the team here at Alamo Lihue. It was an incredible team and we had a wonderful experience. We initially had a problem with a convertible Mustang we got, they explained that it is a design flaw with the car but still offered to swap the car for us and offered us a credit for the inconvenience. I’ve also misplaced my very expensive carbon fiber tripod that traveled everywhere with me over the past 5 years. They helped me track it done and shipped it back to me for a very reasonable shipping cost. I can’t thank their team enough. They truly care about their customers and the overall experience you receive. I highly recommend them.

  Waited over 2 hrs for our car because it wasn't clean. Probably 20-30 other people in the same situation. My reservation was at 3:30 and I didn't get my car until 5:40. We got a Mazda CX-90 and it was clean and drove fine for a Mazda. However, it has virtually NO trunk space. Alamo advertises it as something similar to a Nissan Pathfinder and I would argue that a CX-90 is NOT like a Pathfinder - it's definitely significantly smaller. Tunk is smaller and seating is way tighter. You can't fit 3 normal suitcases in that trunk. 3 carryon sized would fit, but that's it. Staff was friendly and car was clean which is the only reason it's 2 stars and not 1.
