  I’ve heard the nightmares about car rentals on Kauai but Alamo rental was perfect. We got off the 1 minute shuttle and went directly to the car row and picked our clean car. Easy peasy. Return was just as fast. Great service and pricing too. I compared!

  Great rental place, had no issues, our jeep wrangler was in pristine condition and pretty much brand new! Very happy. Thanks again!

  ¿Puede ser la mejor experiencia con el alquiler de coche que hayamos tenido nunca? Sí. El proceso de recogida y devolución es muy rápido y cómodo. Cuando lo entregas chequean por fuera de un vistazo y escanean un QR que indica el nivel de gasolina. Cerca hay una gasolinera barata para repostar que se llama 76. Coche en perfecto estado y que consume poquito. A nosotros nos retuvieron 1 dólar porque llevábamos todo pagado con Booking.

  I recently rented a vehicle from Alamo in Hawaii. The customer service was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the rental process, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the condition of the facility itself was disappointing. The property was littered with trash in multiple areas, and the overall appearance suggested a lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance. For a company serving visitors to Hawaii, I expected a much higher standard of upkeep and presentation. While the staff did a good job, the facility reflected very little pride in ownership and failed to meet what I would consider basic cleanliness standards. I hope management takes steps to improve the condition of the property, as it detracts from an otherwise positive customer service experience.
