  Reading these reviews had me convinced I was going to be greeted by some jerk and find out that there were no cars available.. that was far from the case. Staff was friendly and even had two wranglers available for upgrade. Picked up around 8 am and dropped off after hours. Couldn’t have been easier

  Customer service at its best. Tegan and Damil (I hope I spelt your names correctly) met my expectations. The rental vehicle did the job just like the Enterprise team.

  Atención de 10, buenos precios y flexibles en la devolución. Sin depósito. Alquilamos un suv y al no tener disponible en ese momento nos dieron uno superior al mismo precio.

  What a nightmare!!! We made a reservation in Oct 2025. The day before the pickup day in Jan 2026, we even went to this location to double check our reservation. We were assured that there will be car available. When we went to pick up per reservation, we were told that no car at all and the wait could be 2 days before there is any car available. The only solution is to find a car ourselves per the person in charge that day. We were so desperate and so mad. At the end, we requested them to reserve a car for us from the Enterprise in the airport. We had to rush out to take a bus to the airport in order to get the car. There are many cars available in the airport location. We even get to pick and choose. This ruined our schedule entirely. What kind of coordination and arrangement this is. They should move the cars from the location with too many inventory to the location with none. Isn't this the basic knowledge of operation for efficiency and fulfillment? Staff from both locations are nice. They tried their best to help us. Apparently, the management is the issue.
