  What a terrible experience! Our car was booked for 12pm pick up on a Saturday. We arrive at 12:04 and are told by the woman working that desk next to enterprise that they close at 12 & the Jared left for the day. Why would you not give me a heads up that even though our reservation is for 12pm you aren’t planning to be there? On our honeymoon and really needed the car for the day’s plans. Thankfully Kihei rental cars saved the day. Definitely don’t recommend this enterprise location! When we called we got an auto message letting us know they’re gone for the day. No way to get anyone on the line. There was also a gentleman behind us trying to return his car and was also confused and left to figure things out on his own. 0/10

  Great choice of cars. Simple service and process for pick up. And equally for drop off.. Just hand the keys to valet with a full tank

  No one answers phone during business hours. Couldn’t leave a voicemail to receive callback the line just hangs up after stating the caller could leave name and phone number

  2016 Corvette Stingray....Warning! My husband & I are dealing with a very similar problem with the same Enterprise location at the Grand Wailea Resort. We did not have a reservation at that location. My husband was told they had a red Corvette Stingray available. He was ecstatic! The Corvette was not significantly more than a Jeep. He said Parker, the Enterprise rep at the resort, was extremely friendly and had great customer service skills. The valet brought the car around and my husband noticed scuffs under the front bumper but did not say anything because the Enterprise rep told him the vehicle was pre-inspected and the valet wasn't an Enterprise employee. He loved driving the car and we both enjoyed riding around and seeing the island in a convertible sports car (even though the speed limits are 35-40mph or lower). He babied the car. He wouldn't pull into an area if there was more than a 2" difference between the level of the road and other pavement. He insisted on moving to a different parking lot in Lahaina because he felt like a couple of guys were watching and waiting for us to walk away from the car. We returned the car to the valet after dinner that evening & were both happy about the fun day we'd just had..... That was a Wednesday. Two days later a different employee called to let my husband know the car was returned damaged, it was being sent for a repair estimate, etc. We had checked out of our room at that point but had not left the resort. We went to the lobby to speak to the Enterprise employee in person. My husband explained that he saw the scuffs under the front bumper, mostly on the passenger side, and that it's a common thing to see with cars that low. We both assured him that the car was not scraped in any way. My husband is experieced with driving a variety of vehicles, including sports cars with ground effect add ons. The Enterprise employee said everything was fine and not to worry about it. He did ask if we remembered the valet's name. We didn't. The following Tuesday night, there was another phone call from that Enterprise. The guy wanted to know what time we picked the car up & returned it. We didn't remember the exact time that we left in the Corvette we rented or what time we returned the rental car. We were well within the 24hr rental period, exact times weren't a concern. We have received a letter from the Damage Recovery Unit for Enterprise requesting our insurance information to go with the Damage claim. There aren't any pictures of the damages or even an estimate for repairs. We rented the car exactly 3 weeks ago. Scuff marks underneath the front bumper aren't things many people would even notice. If you rent a vehicle from this location, take the time to walk around the vehicle for a detailed inspection, including rubbing your hand under any ground effects or bumpers. Do NOT leave in the vehicle if there is even a scratch or you could end up in the same situation we are dealing with. It has really put a negative damper on what was a wonderful day.
