    Never on time. No matter what they cannot be reliable nor do they utilize rhe alert system on the ap to notify folks of delayed wait. Bad enough there is no shelters at stops but to be ridiculously late is unacceptable. This entire bus line needs to be audited and serious changes made to become efficient and reliable for the public. I have been on Big island a year now and unable to drive do to my sight I have had to go hungry days due to poor management and lack of alerts. Enough is enough get it together Hele
