- 8B808 Beauty5 days ago1.0Went there for free wash and the guy that was helping me , said that I can do the 19.99 for only a month . Next thing you know they are charging me monthly for car wash . The guy lied to a lot of customers . I don’t want to deal with a dishonest company
- HHHavenAug 22, 20261.0On Monday 8/17/26 around 230-300pm first timer here and excited to see what the hype was about. Upon entrance we pulled up . Was asked if we wanted to be members , we just said we’re trying it out today . After I paid I proceed to move forward after the arm gate went up , as I was going through the arm gate came back down and hit the back of my tail gate, and the arm gate fell off . The host was just standing there didn’t even say a word just picked up the arm gate and ignored that it hit my truck . Clearly it was unprofessional he ignored that an incident just happened . I was confused and utterly shocked what just happened!! I was pissed!! A new car wash !! just opened and already a malfunctioned happen. I Didn’t make it a big deal but I should have made an incident report about it. I’m sure you guys can check the cameras if you don’t believe me . It was a Caucasian male that checked me in and didn’t say jack crap about it . Anyways that was my first time experience .the wash alone and vaccine was great, I was wanting to become a member . But with that incident alone I’ll go spend my money else where that has caring employees.

Now that car wash is in full operation, there is not enough car stalls to wipe down and vacuum. Now you have to wait and by the time you get a stall your car has dried water spots. while you wait for a stall, workers standing around could wipe car down.

I paid for the ceramic light show but didn’t really see anything. It was fast and we only got flashed once with the duck and the flower. Was the light show only for people that have the sunroof. If so that would’ve been nice to know before my purchase. I usually wash my truck at home and this was my first time taking it to a car wash. But nice customer service and friendly staff

Her interaction with the truck in front of us looked completely cordial and she even took the time to clean out the trash from their bed. But when it came time to help us, she seemed irritated off the bat and we were told we would have to clean out the bed ourselves (which is totally fine and I was planning on doing it) but it just confused us that she would pick and choose who’d she offer that service to. I gave her my email address to get checked in and she walked off without saying anything. Maybe she was having an off day but I hope she doesn’t treat every disabled customer like that.

Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
