  Just returned home from hawaii and having rented a car from Enterprise at Marriott Ko Olina to an email saying I damaged the car which was a lie. Make sure if you rent from this location you take pictures of the entire car. Damage I pointed out on the botyom spoiler I was told not to worry about and then Enterprise tries to collect on the Damage. Im so glad I took pictures, the major damage they claimed I caused was caught in a photo prior to renting from them. Not a company you want to do business with......

  We loved having this car rental location at Aulani! We recommend to pre-reserve your car, check-in online or in the app ahead of time, and get to the pick up location earlier in the day to have the best options. If there is a line ahead of you, be ready to wait, and keep in mind because this is a small location, they may not have all the things you asked for ahead of time, like a child safety seat. If things like that are very important to you, you may want to rent a car at the airport and keep it with you for your entire stay. Aside from the long way, when picking up our car, the staff were very nice and it was probably the easiest return of any rental car. We returned around 5 PM and dropped our vehicle at the valet spot at the resort entrance. Easy peasy!

  Probably the most inefficient car rental location I’ve ever dealt with. It takes them close to 25 minutes to process ever customer. We missed out Pearl Harbor tour thanks to this enterprise location. Use someone else!

  The on-site rental is a plus point for guests staying at Aulani. The staff were kind and super helpful. The only thing which can be improved is the wait time for fetching the car from the garage, since there was some shade and nice breeze it wasn’t too bad waiting. Overall, great experience and easy check-in and checkout process - leaving at valet during after hours return and everything is digital - the agreement, the post rental receipt etc. Will definitely recommend.

  I was concerned about renting a car from a hotel, as I had never done so before, but the process was quick and easy. We did two separate 'day' rentals to avoid the high overnight hotel parking charges and it worked perfectly both days. Pam checked us in each time and other equally friendly employees would bring the car around. Easy drop off back with the valet at night. Would definitely do this again on our next visit.
