  The whole process was super easy and we got some great advice on things to see for our day road trip around the island with our rental. And we got a great Jeep which was perfect for our adventurous day. And it was very easy to drop off our car too.

  Specifically wanted and reserved a Jeep Wrangler. Something I've wanted to drive for a while and the kids were excited to ride in. When we checked in they evidently gave it away. After a few weak excuses we were forced to take a different car. No offer for discount or free upgrade. Didn't even offer to comp the booster seats.

  This was easily the best experience I have had renting a car. We rented 3 different cars while staying at the Aulani. It was so convenient to be able to rent a car in the morning and return it in the evening instead of paying overnight parking fees. The staff is awesome and so friendly! They took excellent care of my wife and I each time we rented a car. I wish every car rental place was like Alamo at the Disney Aulani Resort, or at least had the same kind of employees. Note: It may be helpful to reserve a car at least a day in advance so you don't have to worry about cars not being available. However, even when we did not reserve a car ahead of time we were still able to get one with no problem.
