- AHAaron HallMay 19, 20215.0Unlike the other folks who have left bad reviews on here, I reviewed their operating hours, was on time for my reservation, and had a great experience. Individual responsibility people.
- NNnhvt504Mar 7, 20202.0Convenient location at the hotel however the condition of the vehicles were subpar. There was an issue with our window where the window would not close. I was unable to use the driver side window for the remainder of the day. To have returned back to the car rental agency, would’ve been a great inconvenience by the time we noticed the window issue. I just wish the cleaning crews would pay closer attention to the vehicles prior to re-renting them out. The reply from the location was short and informal. “ Mahalo for your reply. We’re sorry for that particular experience. Was everything else was okay for you?”
