    From the moment I stepped in the staff here were very welcoming. Ask to work with Grace! She did an amazing job working with me to find a Hyundai that my Wife and I would like to have. Went on three easy test rides of different models and the entire experience was hassle free. She even went to their other dealership in leeward during dark hours to drive back a specific model and trim vehicle I wanted to see. We ended up not going with Hyundai but they were very upfront with pricing and incentives which were very good. If you find a model Hyundai that you like, this is the place to go.

    I'm always skeptical about going to dealerships. We had taken our hybrid Ioniq to Midas for an oil change, but they told me that we needed an engine oil flush. They also they didn't offer that service. My hubby called around and Jerry V quoted us $249, which was a fair price. They flushed the engine and added new oil. We arrived at our scheduled time and checked in with Samantha at the service department. We left our keys with her and the service was done an hour and a half later. We thought that they would tell us that we needed to get this and that fixed, but they wasn't the case. They were very honest and didn't try to upsell us anything. She just told us that we needed new tires and a new dip stick. I got to talking to Samantha and she was very pleasant. She was also very knowledgeable. Thanks Jerry V and Samantha.

    I was unsure if I was able to get another vehicle. Ended up finding Hyundai Windward! Walked in that morning not know what or if I could get anything but I had a certain vehicle in mind. Walked in and was greeted and helped by Grace Toft. From the start she was so amazing. Made everything so relax, easy, and comfortable. She got me the car I wanted and worked a deal that Im comfortable with. Definitely satisfied from the Service, to the people, to the cars. Go See Grace for a great service!

    I dropped off my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe in late November. It is now May 1st—more than five months later—and there is still no clear diagnosis or resolution. I was told my vehicle would be ready on April 7. That commitment was not met, and no reliable timeline has been provided since. Communication has been poor, with repeated missed follow-ups and inconsistent information from staff. At one point, I was told my key fob had been lost and would need to be replaced. Weeks later, I was then told the original key had been “found.” Experiences like this make it difficult to have confidence in the information being provided. There were also extended periods where it appeared the vehicle was not being actively worked on, with little to no proactive updates provided. Additionally, I was advised by management that attempts had been made to contact me over several days; however, I did not receive any missed calls or voicemails during that time. Situations like this raise concerns about transparency and consistency in communication. Even after escalating to management, timely communication, transparency, and accountability have remained ongoing issues. Having a vehicle held this long without resolution is unacceptable. At this point, clear accountability and a defined path to resolution are long overdue.

    On April.24.2026 I walked in at Jerry V windward and was approached by Kai. Kai was so welcoming right off the back he made me and my husband feel comfortable. The goal was to get into a better vehicle than what i originally had which was a Tacoma. Kai shows us around looking at variety of vehicle that we were Interested in and also test driven a few.to be honest I wanted a Big horn ram but pre-owned but as we were talking number what will fit in the budget we became flexible that is when we met Dylan.G now Dylan is remarkably he crunch the number worked within my budget and look for the best value for my trade in into another vehicle. Dylan introduce me to Hyundai Tucson it was a brand new car and I was thinking to myself a brand new vehicle that is not pre-owned. Dylan crunch the number gave a few options I was going to walk away but as he work with me and my husband we came to conclusion. We left in a brand new vehicle this was our first ever new vehicle we owned which made it special but bitter sweet to say goodbye to our old truck. I may not have gotten the Ram but I gotten something that is more valuable a brand new car that is reliable good on gas very spacious for my family it checks all the box’s. I truly want to thank Kai and Dylan for their customer service going over and beyond staying late pass closing time working with me and my Ohana. That same day we left in our brand new car. Kai and Dylan if you see this Thank you so much. For anyone who looking to buy or trade in your vehicle go see Kai and Dylan they truly work with you and no judgement. I understand talking finances can be uncomfortable but just be open and honest and Dylan and Kai will do what they can for your family.
