- SMSumiya Munkhbaatar2 days ago1.0Terrible experience. I got here around 7:00 AM for their “first come, first serve” safety inspection service while it was lightly drizzling for only a few minutes. By around 7:05 AM, the rain had completely stopped, but the senior mechanic still refused to do our safety check, saying, “We don’t do safety checks when it’s raining.” He also admitted, “If I do your car’s safety, other cars will line up too,” which made it feel more like they simply did not want to work rather than an actual safety concern. Very disappointing customer service and a waste of time after showing up early in the morning.

- SSSunriseMay 6, 20262.0Based on everybody’s reviews, I was really surprised by the treatment I received. First, I went in to ask what time they could do the safety check, and a female told me to come back at 11. She was very nice. So I went back there When I came back at 11, the safety check guy told me he couldn’t do it because it was raining, and he doesn’t have shelter to do the safety check. So he can’t do it. I came back again the next day, and this time I was told the car was too dirty and needed to be washed first. Same safety check guy again. I went to somewhere else to get it done right after without car wash. No problem. I made two separate trips for a simple safety check and ended up wasting a lot of time because the requirements kept changing. Very disappointing experience. Because of the safety check guy.

They’ve always been kind, caring and fair in their customer service, as well as guiding me in the right direction and explaining things so that I can understand the situation. They tend to get super busy! With long lines, but in all my personal experiences, they always get the job done well. Their manager is top notch! Idk her name but she’s on it! Mahalo!
