  Staff are incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. I was hesitant at first to rent from Sixt since I'd never done so and this was a big family trip, but I've now already recommended this location to multiple people. Can't say enough positive things.

  best experience ever, best staff i have ever encountered, the process was so easy and we got upgraded, makes me want to use only SIXT for all my car rentals. Nicole was amazing, and Harry as well, made the whole process so easy and quick, you both were such a pleasure.

  We had an absolutely incredible experience thanks to Mario! From the moment we arrived, Mario went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, and he took the time to share so many wonderful recommendations for places to visit, beaches, local food spots, and things to do around the Big Island. His genuine kindness, enthusiasm, and aloha spirit made us feel so excited to begin this special chapter of our trip. What impressed us even more was Mario’s attention to detail. Before handing us the keys, he noticed a small area inside the vehicle that he wanted to freshen up, ran inside to grab a towel, and personally wiped it down to make sure everything was perfect for us. That level of care is so rare and speaks volumes about the pride he takes in his work. Mario truly made us feel valued, and he gave us such a warm welcome to Hawaii. Thank you, Mario, for making the start of our honeymoon so memorable. From my wife and me, God bless you, and thank you for your outstanding service!

  ​This was, without a doubt, the absolute best car rental experience we have ever had across all companies combined. ​Shiloh was the most incredible agent we have ever encountered. He was incredibly attentive, understanding, and truly made our honeymoon feel like a dream. He took perfect care of us and made sure we had the exact right vehicle to safely experience our bucket-list ascent to Mauna Kea. We will be forever grateful for his quick responsiveness and his amazing gesture. ​Beyond his professionalism, Shiloh was extremely approachable, warm, and open to discussion. We took some time to chat with him, and he shared some fantastic tips on things to do around the Big Island. It is clear that he goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are genuinely cared for, just as we were. ​If we could give him and this experience 10 stars, we would do it in a heartbeat!

  This company was easy to work with and explained everything as we picked up our vehicle. They have their own exclusive easy to spot shuttle that picks you up at the airport and drops you back there for your home bound flight. The messages through their app as well as by email were easy to follow and informative.we didn't book directly through them but via Expedia and it was seamless. You can book directly. When we arrive to pick up our pre-order rental we decided we actually needed to upgrade as what we originally picked was going to be too tight a fit for our luggage and backpacks and they had something that worked perfectly. We ended up with a BMW X7 which fit all our gear, had plenty of space for the 5 of us and allowed us to do some grocery shopping on our way to our accommodation for our stay, rather than having to go out again to do that.
