  Everything was simple and straightforward. They made it easy and fast. Only hiccup; its not really clear where to return the car, but once I figured it out it was very simple and quick.

  Extremely professional staff. Nicole assisted us with the process and was very helpful and supportive. I was very impressed with this car rental company will definitely come back and rent from this company again.

  I had a really great experience at Sixt in Kona. Better than other rental companies. The wait wasn't too bad, and the representative was respectful and quick to check us out. They gave us an upgrade for free which was perfect for our larger group. Then later on when I wanted to switch the driver on the vehicle he just added both of us for free. I also appreciated the location. It was convenient with AC to wait for the shuttle. Yes it's a little further than others from the airport but I actually like that because it didn't feel as busy.

  Rented with SIXT on the Big Island (April 19–26) and had another great experience. Pickup and drop-off were quick and easy, no stress at all. The staff were professional, explained everything clearly, and even shared some helpful local tips. The car was clean and felt a bit more upscale than expected for the price. Shuttle drivers were on time, friendly, and made transfers smooth. This is my second time with SIXT, and both have been consistently excellent. I’ll definitely rent with them again.

  Great, flawless experience renting from this place. We had zero wait time for the shuttle at the airport, no wait at the counter and again when dropping off the car the shuttle was available immediately. The person at the counter was very helpful to go through the different insurance options. Not pushing sales at all and carefully listening to concerns. We got a nice BMW X1, clean, impressive interior and super strong engine. Very happy with the pick. The exterior had lots of scratches, small dents, make sure to video document it when picking up. With the contract comes a very detailed list of damages. We decided to get appropriately coverage that would get the best protection. Gas station is nearby , within one mile when you return you can refuel easily. I was able to extend my rental period online when the flight was delayed without extra charge.
