  Quick service in both picking up the rental care and returning. Choice of which car to rent. Car was in perfect condition. Staff was friendly.

  The agents we interacted with at both check-in and drop-off were easily the most friendly and helpful at any airport car rental office ever. I hope they get paid well for their services. Also, our pick-up was late at night and still it was the quickest and most straightforward I've ever seen. The agent basically checked the reservation I had on file after confirming last name and license and walked us directly to the car we would be taking. While we were busy getting our bags and persons loaded in, they filled out mileage, condition, and more on their handheld kiosk which saved us having to deal with any of that. They confirmed when done and advised us to have a good trip. They did not bother asking the usual nonsense questions that were already in the booking as has been my experience in the past. And because someone was present for both check-in and drop-off there was no need for manual form filling on our end outside of the digital booking from months in advance. Loved this through and through. I wish every rental car experience was this amazing!

  I'm an executive member who is very loyal to National but this location does a tremendous disservice to the brand. Please always check your receipt when returning your car. I don't know how to describe the tactics used here in any other way than a scam. I fueled up our car at the Texaco immediately prior to returning the car, but the boy at the return still charged us for 2 gallons of gas. We returned the car 1 hour later than scheduled and were charged for an additional day on the receipt. I've never been treated like this at a National car rental. It was disappointing and I hope something is done about how this place is run. They must be hurting for money at this location.
