  I recently rented a car at the Kona, Hawaii airport through my company’s corporate program and as an Emerald Club member, and the entire experience was excellent. The shuttle arrived promptly with no waiting at the airport, and my car was washed and ready when I arrived. It was clean, odor-free, problem-free, and ran beautifully throughout my rental. The return was just as easy and hassle-free, with a friendly agent and a smooth shuttle ride back to the airport. In fact, both times I rode the airport shuttle, I was the only passenger! From start to finish, the service was efficient, friendly, and seamless. All car rental companies should be this great!

  Great service! Kona was expecting some big storms that week, and the agent allowed me to select a jeep in case the roads got bad.

  Check out was fast. Several Jeeps to pick from on arrival. Employees were nice.

  I have rented here many times, and each and every time it is a lovely experience from the corporate level down to the frontline employees! Got on the shuttle, same guy who has been driving for years, and he is pleasant as always. Short and smooth little ride up to the counter where lovely Georgine greets us as if she actually likes her job or something, and then we have a nice little genuine exchange, she sets us up with the vehicle and were off. Simple, smooth, easy, honest. A week later I return the vehicle, I believe Bailey was her name, greeted me kindly, a few moments later I was on the shuttle back to the airport. What lovely services, the cars are always in great shape, the place runs well, National hasn't allowed its size and success to ruin it, I genuinely look forward to renting vehicles through them! Who would've thought you could love a car rental company but honestly I do!
