I have rented many many cars in my life and I have never had a more seamless experience than I did with Megan at enterprise today at Kona Airport. She was literally waiting outside for us when we got off the shuttle, after a long day a travel with an infant she had us in our car and out of the parking lot in less then 10 mins. She was amazing. I never write reviews and I felt like I needed to make sure and write one so people know, when you travel to Kona, use enterprise and request to work with Megan. 10/10. When I come back I will be renting from this shop again! Thank you again Megan you made our day!

We had an excellent experience with our car rental in Kailua Kona. Tony and the entire team gave us a warm island welcome along with local recommendations. The process was smooth for both the car pickup and return, and we will absolutely be using Enterprise for our future visits to the Big Island. Mahalo!
