  I can tell you I have never had better service from any dealer then I did with this location, My husband and I got off the Pride of America cruise ship for 2 days in Maui and we rented a car from here. We got there and it was packed but the staff stayed calm and very caring, they were quick and efficient. Shout out to Anacen who helped us get the vehicle and even when they didn't have our car they got us into a different one quickly. She went over everything indetail but still didnt keep us long. Best part we could bring the car back at night and keep it safe in there lot and then pick it back up in the morning to go off again. When we needed to check back in and return the car we had the pleasure of dealing with Claire and she was so kind and had us in and out in no time. Definately recommend using this location.

  The guys at Jeep sent me here because I needed a car while mine was getting service. For the rental, there were a lot of options. I got a new Rubicon with just over 5k miles on it. The staff were so friendly and the service was impeccable. The entire process was fast and friendly. Claire & Andrea were super helpful on the return and the two gentlemen that helped me at pick-up also went above and beyond. I am sorry I don’t have their names. I have rented a lot of cars and was pleasantly surprised with this location. The people make the difference. I will use them in the future and definitely recommend this location.

  Pretty efficient. Got us moving quickly in the morning. Bit of a hiccup over them closing off our rental after the first day, but sorted it quickly and without a problem. Ideal for a cruise ship rental. Book ahead and check in ahead as well.

  We rented 2 cars from another location (Maui Lahaina at Sheraton) - Ms Sharmaine who normally works at the Kahului location was in Lahaina helping. We’ve always had good experiences with enterprise and would definitely recommend. But today’s review is simply for Ms Sharmaine. I have never in my life worked with someone in the Service industry who has put herself out as much as this young lady has to help us with a problem. Short story is our teenager left a very expensive camera in the rental car, it had not been found and so the car got rented out again. Over a week’s period of time, Ms Sharmaine hunted down the camera in Lahaina, got it transported to Kahului where she was, and took it to a UPS store to have it shipped back home to us in GA. It arrived safe and sound, and we could not be more thrilled!! What a gift she was to spend all this time to help us!!! there were a number of phone calls and emails, and Ms Sharmaine was always so kind and willing to help, and gave us real confidence that we were going to be able to get our camera back. 10 stars for her! What a wonderful representative of enterprise rental car. We will never forget this interaction and will always be grateful for her tremendous service which was above and beyond her normal job description. Thank you, Ms Sharmaine!!!!!
