  I've had a great experience every time I've visited Kahului Autozone. The associates have been knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Most recently I came in to get assistance with diagnostics (testing my car battery) and Norman was so helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me. Really grateful for his help and expert assistance!

  Go To Autozone in Kahului where Norman V. is their certified mechanic. Norman helped me the minute I arrived, and fixed the issue in a flash! Kaleo was very helpful as well, I'm super greatful for all the help I was given. They are great people!

  I went in to autozone today and yes I did have a regretful experience in the Kahului store. 5 stars for the part that I wanted. 2 for the service and attitude from the person who unwillingly helped me. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. But I do have my receipt! He was relaxing with his co worker when I walked in. So I think I bothered him. Being I was was the only customer in the store and I needed help. Big mistake. With the eye roll and all! I would have said something but I was with my grandson. This wasn't a very nice experience for me today.

  My car was making weird noises as I drove it to and from work. I was highly referred to AutoZone. I walked into AutoZone and did not know what to expect. I was embarrassed explaining the weird noises to the male individual across the counter. To my surprise, he didn't laugh at me but told me to go outside and look at my car for loose objects that could possibly be the cause of that noise. Norman Villarama is such an asset to this company. I am a Autozone customer for life! Norman, I am very grateful to you!
