- NBNissim Benbassat3 days ago2.0I refilled the car in Costco before returning it. They told me 'everything is OK, you will receive a receipt by email' They ended up charing me for gas I already filled! My advice, ask for an immediate receipt printout and take a picture of the dashboard showing the tank gage upon returning.

It was so pleasant, as I never went thru such experience after renting many times from all car rental centers. It was so fast, no pressure to buy additional options I don’t need, provided phone/text # in case of problem. I like it enough to say Alamo from now on! Kudos to Alamo!

Trato excelente, facilidad y muy buen servicio. ¡Una experiencia de 10! Alamo nunca pone pegas ni preguntas innecesarias cuando reservas un coche. Tampoco te llevas sorpresas como otras compañías. Within 1 hour I was jump started and upgraded into a nicer non hybrid jeep free of charge with an extra tank of fuel at no cost. Was very much appreciated definitely wasn’t having a good morning but they did everything they could to make it right and then some. Professional and friendly.

We were in and out so quickly and out of curiosity I took a detour to check out the other car rental companies next to Alamo and all had large lines while Alamo had five staffed counters and no lines. Super glad I checked out Google reviews of all the companies before choosing Alamo! Drop off was easy as pulling up and leaving the keys in the car.
