Great experience! Rented on Maui through Costco. Alamo was the best price for the car I wanted. Pick up was fast and easy! Being able to go straight to the lot and pick my car from the category rented. Fast, easy drop off too. Very friendly staff at both ends of the rental! Going forward I will rent from Alamo whenever possible.

Extremely easy, pleasant, and fast pick up and drop-off. I booked through Expedia and this process couldn't have been easier. It is a short (1 min) tram ride to the rental car area from baggage claim. There was no waiting in line and the customer service rep was very friendly and had my info pulled up immediately. Just a few quick signatures. I was then directed downstairs where another friendly attendant walked me over to my vehicle class aisle and let me pick between 8 different cars (in the subcompact SUV class I had the option of a Chevy Trax, a Chevy Trailblazer, a Buick Envista, or a Hyundai Kona, some in different colors). I picked a Trax and it was actually a very nice little runabout for my time in Maui. The key was already inside, just got in, drove to the checkout (a quick vehicle scan), and off I went. The car felt new and well-maintained, with excellent wireless Android Auto/Apple Carplay integration for navigation. I've had horrible rental car experiences and this one was 100% stress-free. Thanks, Alamo!

Had lots of trouble with vehicle failure, picking up a replacement and being charged extra for gas when I was explicitly told I would be compensated. Still sorting it out.

We were able to rent a car very quickly and last minute in Maui after we realized renting a car would be instrumental to our plans. Car was great and service was fantastic. We drove a total of 3 hours. Docked points because we filled up gas to the brim and then dropped off car 15 minutes later and were told that the computer was reading the car as missing gas and we would need to pay extra even though we just filled up the car. Didn’t like that. Otherwise we are grateful!

Got our car right away and without any hassle, but soon discovered that there was some sort of mechanical issue with it/ noise, vibration. Called back, turned around, and had the car exchanged in a few minutes. Pretty good otherwise.
