  The service at Volvo has always been subpar but now it is even worse than ever. Calling for an appointment I was connected with an AI bot which got me nowhere. I had to leave my callback number and have my fingers crossed that they will actually call me back. It’s sad that such a solid vehicle has such poor management in Honolulu.

  Buying a car at Volvo Cars Honolulu was the smoothest experience we could've had! I went to another dealership and test drove a car and the sales pressure was so high. Dennis went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted and there was no pressure to buy. He's extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the entire car buying process. 10/10 would recommend.

  Customer service at this dealership is quite poor. It’s difficult to get someone to answer the phone and they don’t return messages.

  Our family had an Awesome experience with Dennis and Darryl in picking out our new Volvo. Both of these Gentlemen will help your family and are very patient and professional in your selection process. We shopped for a new vehicle for over a year….
