  We had a great experience getting our Volvo! Sergio was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He answered all our questions, never made us feel pressured, and we are happy with everything!

  The service administrators (at the desk) like Jenny are fantastic and work really hard to get you scheduled when there is a problem or regular service. My 2022 Volvo XC60 Hybrid has been a disaster to own. It goes dead, battery everything. I have to have it towed for the 2nd time to Volvo. I’m a long time Volvo owner and this will be our last Volvo.

  The service at Volvo has always been subpar but now it is even worse than ever. Calling for an appointment I was connected with an AI bot which got me nowhere. I had to leave my callback number and have my fingers crossed that they will actually call me back. It’s sad that such a solid vehicle has such poor management in Honolulu.

  Buying a car at Volvo Cars Honolulu was the smoothest experience we could've had! I went to another dealership and test drove a car and the sales pressure was so high. Dennis went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted and there was no pressure to buy. He's extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the entire car buying process. 10/10 would recommend.

  Customer service at this dealership is quite poor. It’s difficult to get someone to answer the phone and they don’t return messages.
