    Purchased a Volvo from this location and it couldn’t have gone better. Best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Dennis & Darryl were top notch making sure we were kept informed, provided accurate info without the typical dealership runaround, and ensured the process went smoothly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone seeking a new Volvo.     I want to start by expressing my appreciation for the sales team—they’ve been fantastic, providing great customer service from the very beginning. I absolutely love my Volvo, which I bought in June. However, I’ve encountered significant challenges with the service department. After the check engine light came on in my nearly brand-new car, it took almost three months to secure an appointment. I finally had my appointment on November 17th, and while I was initially told the issue was resolved, the light came back on just 20 minutes after I left the dealership. I was informed that a part needed to be ordered and that it should arrive within a week. Unfortunately, it’s now been four weeks without any updates, and my calls—including voicemails—have gone unanswered. As someone who works in customer service, I find this experience quite concerning. I was excited about my transition from Honda and Volkswagen to Volvo, and I believe that timely care for a brand-new vehicle is essential. I hope to see improvements in communication and service moving forward.
