- AFAshley Farias3 days ago2.0First we had to wait a week before they could come out to do the windshield so I had no vehicle. On the day of they texted giving updates on what time they would arrive but didn't make any of those times by 5pm we figured they will reschedule. But no, someone showed up. Changed the windshield and left some parting gifts in the form of breaking our radio antenna right off and pulling the passenger door handle right off the door. I will say the door handle was already a little broken but many 3+, polynesian hands have used that door. But the only way to break it right off is by being overly forceful. The worker said they would fix it, but a week later and not even peep from these guys. More better stay local. Go ace auto glass. More bettah.

- JSJon-Louis SiracusaApr 22, 20261.0They scheduled us between 8am and 3pm that's fine, get a call at 2:30pm saying he'll be late but on the way eta 5pm not impressed but that's fine as well. At 7pm the tech says they brought the wrong glass after he removed and cracked the old glass leaving shards of glass everywhere in the interior. I was informed it won't be done today hopefully tomorrow.
