  I've always had a great experience with Safelite. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and they sent plenty of reminders leading up to my visit, which I really appreciated. On the day of my appointment, they even called to provide a more specific arrival timeframe, making the process even more convenient. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the windshield replacement was done professionally. I especially appreciated that my technician took the time to carefully remove my dashcam so I could reinstall and reuse it afterward. That extra attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend Safelite for their quality work and outstanding customer service.

  Easy scheduling, convenient installation where the technician comes to you, and quick professional installation. Technician very friendly and took care of my vehicle. The technician forgot to connect the windshield wiper hose. Minor mistake. I just had to reconnect hose. The entire experience was pleasant overall. I would definitely recommend this company to install damaged windshields.

  Technician JAMES broke the cover for my rear view mirror when replacing my windshield. Be first tried to lie and say it was already broken, he then admitted that it was not broken but that the car dealership had rigged it to look fixed somehow. He then told he called his manager and they were ordering a replacement part and he would come back the same week. This was 3 weeks ago. I have called James and the company over 3 times and they have not even acknowledged let alone return my call. Very dishonest and now I am left with an additional task and bill and have no recourse since they will not respond.

  I got an online quote from Safelite’s website within minutes after my wife told me she broke the rear glass. Within the same online session I scheduled a technician to come to our home and replace the broken glass. Everything went exactly as expected and as scheduled. No surprises. Absolutely professional work! Originally I opted to pay when the technician comes. Then I got 2 other quotes and to my surprise they were substantially higher. So I went back to Safelite’s website and opted to pay now haha. Apparently they didn’t charge my card until after the service was done. I did a good amount of research before committing to Safelite (before putting my credit card on the work order) and some of the reviews were saying that they are not the cheapest. Well they were the cheapest in my case. I do respect all other auto glass replacement businesses and I bet there are some hard working, excellent professionals that do flawless work as well and they have to make a living too, but after my experience with Safelite I would call them again even if they are not the cheapest. Hopefully we don’t have other broken windows though :)
