No one answers the phone and each time I have to drive to the shop to see if he is working and several times he has not been there. Another employee was nice but said it was an IT issue with the phone number.
- AHAnela Hudson6 days ago1.0This is the first time I’ve use jiffy lube for oil change service. Although the customer service process is good I’m unsatisfied with the results of the actual work. Prior to bringing the car in for service my levels were okay and it just needed the routine changing of filter and oils. After I left I noticed the oil lamp light blinking occasionally, I had assumed it was just filtering through. I had a meeting 2 blocks away, after my meeting as I drove home approx 25 miles the oil lamp light became solid and my car began to overheat slowly. After having the car checked it was determined that the filter most likely failed or was the wrong filter and my radiator reservoir was leaking. This was not a prior issue, I park inside of my garage and I would have been made aware of a leak. I drive daily to Honolulu and Ewa and have never had a problem with over heating till after my service today. To make things worse I have been attempting to contact the store since 1:30pm today 5/14/26 and have not yet been answered. Brandon C was the clerk at the time and Sanford was lower bay tech and Allan was the upper bay tech. As a courtesy I would greatly appreciate a response as soon as possible. An email has already been sent to guest.relations@jiffyworld.com *** I added water to my now empty radiator reservoir and it is draining right out.. see last photo
