I was renting during the August storm when the entire Waikiki operation had to shut down, no power, all pickups suspended. Jordan Luke, the Branch Rental Manager, emailed customers proactively about the closure and then personally answered my questions the same day, while the branch was closed. He held my pickup for the next morning, walked me through rebooking for an earlier time so I could make a tour reservation over an hour away, and made sure my canceled bookings were fully refunded. Between the weather changes I went through three separate reservations and Jordan and his team made every one of them seamless. Fast communication, zero friction, and real care for the customer in the middle of a storm. Jordan Luke and his crew at this location set the standard. Highly recommend.

Walk-ups and pre-booked were in the same line. Only 3 people ahead of me had reservations. Pickup area instructions are confusing. Key drop is hard to locate.
- DHDavid HJul 13, 20265.0I rented a minivan for one week at Enterprise at the Hilton Hawaiian resort. The ladies at the check-in encounter were very nice and respectful. The men working in a pick up and drop off location were fun to talk to and very uplifting to make this a much better experience.

Like when offered a choice of cars, we asked which one had Carplay, not expecting they would know, but he knew exactly. Other staff advised us of the parking discount through the hotel, and after hours policies and procedures. The only downside was there was a long line at 8am when they opened. Overall was the smoothest logistical part of our large group vacation.
