  Commendable staff. Patient and helpful. Surprisingly knowledgable about policies and cars. Like when offered a choice of cars, we asked which one had Carplay, not expecting they would know, but he knew exactly. Other staff advised us of the parking discount through the hotel, and after hours policies and procedures. The only downside was there was a long line at 8am when they opened. Overall was the smoothest logistical part of our large group vacation.

  My girlfriend and I used Enterprise at the Hilton Village on Waikiki for 2 nights during our stay in Honolulu and could not fault anything throughout the entire experience. The temporary service desk was very easy to find from the directions on the confirmation email, the gentleman who took care of us on the day was extremely friendly and helpful - one of us had a temporary license due to expiry and they were very accomodating, took a minute to set up in their system on the day. Check-in and pick up of the car was quick and efficient, from arriving at the desk to driving off was less than 15 minutes. We got a mid-sized SUV which turned out to be a 2025 RAV4 on the day, fantastic option and highly recommend. The day rate prices and insurance costs were also very good and competitive compared to other options we checked in the area. Drop-off back at the hotel car park allowed for late drop off if you wanted, past their 5 pm close time - you just park the car, leave the ticket on the dashboard, and drop the key in the lock box near the elevator. Fantastic experience with Enterprise, we will definitely be back again ! Mahalo 🌺

  Great car (Jeep) we rented! Easy to arrange online, even in UK. Only issue we had was in return of vehicle,out of hours in Honolulu. There is currently a temporary desk in Tapa Tower of Hilton Hawaiian with a Drop Key box. It took us an age to find, and the guy on the end of the 24hr phone knew nothing about the temporary arrangements! Otherwise, good ordeal.

  Pros: 1) Car was clean and in good condition when we got it. 2) I called during their business hours (8am-12pm) regarding an item I forgot in the car after returning it. The staff I spoke with was nice and gave clear instruction on where to go to pick the item up. Cons: 1) Instruction packet given on how to self check out is not updated. My advice is to read your email for latest instruction (they did not tell us to read our email, just told us to follow the instructions in paper given on check in.) 2) No after-hours staff to assist

  They only had one agent on duty and only open until noon. We were in line at 8 when they opened and waited an hour to get a car. Because of this, we missed our scheduled tour and we're out $367. The car was very basic and didn't even have maps for directions and cost $400 for 2 days.
