There was one agent working and we had to wait almost an hour to get our car because there was a long line of folks waiting to rent also. This made us rush to make our tour. In the end, we missed our tour and were out $367. On top of this it cost $400 for 2 days rental.

The second we pulled into the lot, two clowns immediately started pointing at the side panel asking if we had photos from pickup. Couldn’t even tell if it was actual damage or just how the panel was shaped. Asked them if THEY had photos. Cue a few minutes of staring blankly and fumbling with the portable scanner before one of them finally admits it was already on file. No written confirmation of vehicle condition at return. Nothing. Now I’m reading reviews going back years of customers getting charged weeks later for pre-existing damage.
