  I was in an accident and my insurance covered a rental. Luckily, I was able to select Enterprise as my rental car company. In my experience, they have always had the best service! They sent a driver to pick me up at the autobody shop after I dropped off my car - super friendly driver and excellent AC! :) I was told the repair would take at least 10 days but I had a couple of trips scheduled so I didn't need a rental for the entire time. I was explaining my situation to the agents at the front - I only needed the rental for less than a day as I was leaving on a 7am flight to the mainland the very next morning. The agents informed me that there would be a $50 fee to return the rental to the Enterprise airport location as they do not deal with insurance claims. The airport location is the only location that opens at 5am. I didn't feel that it was right to have to pay a $50 fee to return the car when the accident wasn't my fault and I was already having to pay my deductible. I considered keeping the rental car until I returned from my trip as it was covered by insurance anyway and I was just trying to save the insurance company money by returning the car when I didn't need it. Enter the superhero of the day - TJ! I later found out he was one of the managers. He had overheard my conversation, came out from the back and asked if it would be okay to give his opinion, which I eagerly welcomed. He gave me a little more insight on how insurance rentals work and recommended returning the car before going on my trip and requesting another rental when I get back. He also confirmed that there is no airport return fee for insurance rentals! Hallelujah! THANK YOU, TJ!!! Although I found it strange that 3 of the employees (including the agent who helped me select my rental) were not aware of the no fee for insurance rentals returning to the airport, I'm glad they do now :) Many thanks again, TJ and Enterprise!

  Arrived at our scheduled time. Clerk up front had us pay and said “go upstairs and they will get you your car”. On the way up an attendant was coming down on his phone and said “we ran out of cars”. We got upstairs and there was several people waiting for cars and no cars to be found. Waited an hour for a car to arrive. While another attendant took his break leaving 1 to deal with all the frustration. Our rental was scheduled ahead of time. We lost precious time on an island we came to visit on a cruise and had to miss out on multiple stops on our itinerary. All we got was a “thank you for your patience”. Never again dealing with this company .

  The prices from start to finish went very smoothly. Everyone was friendly and helpful and good with suggestions. The price was very reasonable and the car was perfect for our needs.

  In Honolulu, their offices are pretty close together but not all of them have after hours return. It would be nice if, for the offices that don't offer it, they don't charge a drop fee for returning to a close-by office.

  Attitudes and excuses like crazy lol. Real lack of management. The tattooed blonde though nice to look at might actually be crazy lol. Also they refer to both sides as completely separate so if you book the car side they have nothing to do with the other side lol Not what you would expect for a high volume vacation location. I over heard them say “I don’t care if they don’t answer cancel their rental” I feel real bad for that family (who could be stuck on a plane or many other things)
