    Vehicles were ok, but not what I had come to expect from "Enterprise." When I arrived, I had walked to the pickup only to be told I needed to go "downstairs and around the corner" to check in. Not a big deal, but there is another option, one that wasn't given as an option. I could "check in" on the app and skip the line downstairs. I am not saying the attendant should walk be through the process (though that would have been nice, there was NOBODY around, and no-one comming up the stairs for their car), but I wasn't even made aware that I could. I only found out after I searched google myself and found out how I could. If I had been made aware, i could search it for myself and had done it right there. instead, I had my time wasted by going downstiars. I hadn't even made it to the front of the line before I finshed the online check-in process. This was a SEVERE lack in customer service.

    We rented a car from this location for 10 days end of march-early april this year. At pick up, we were told to pick any of the mid sized SUVs ourselves, the ramp was poorly lit, we took the only one there and not seeing the left front lamp damage. No one walked around the car with us and upon leaving the ramp, the employee only scanned our paper and waved us thru. We didnt see the damage until after we checked into our hotel that evening, and no glass or debris were on the ground to suggest someone hit the car. They tried to pin the damage on me at returning saying they will not let damaged cars out of the lot and if I don't have a picture of the damage before leaving, it is my fault. The branch manager took my complaint and told me that they'd review surveillance at the exit and let me know, if car was not damaged when leaving, they'd charge my creditcard for damage but if I don't hear from they in 10 days, consider it resolved. More than 4 weeks later, I got a letter in the mail stating that i'm liable for the damage and no mention of the complaint/video review (found out later that this letter was the 6th one they sent). When i called the "national office" which supposed to be handling the investigation, it does not appear they have anything on my initial complaint/dispute, and it's gonna be another two weeks while they conduct their investigation and by this time, whatever video footage most likely have been taped over by now. From reading a few other bad reviews, it seems they don't care much on damage as the cars are leaving the lot. Lesson learned, with all the phone/technology, video record everything for evidence and can't trust the name brand as most are probably just franchises.

    I recently rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for 4 days during our trip to Honolulu. The pickup and return process was smooth, and the staff were professional and efficient. We also rented two car seats for our children. Unfortunately, our experience took a very disappointing turn when cockroaches started coming out of one of the car seats while we were driving, with our son sitting in it at the time. As a parent, this was extremely concerning and unacceptable, especially for equipment that should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected between customers. To their credit, Enterprise did provide an $80 credit after we reported the issue, which I appreciated. However, I hope this situation leads to better sanitation and quality checks for rented child safety equipment moving forward.

    I have rented vehicles over 25 years on the different islands and this is the FIRST experience that I can say was both timely and pleasant! The ability to preregister and go straight to the lot to pick a vehicle and to have welcoming staff to assist! I cannot tell you how much I would dread going to get the rental car and losing an hour plus waiting in line and filling out forms and then possibly waiting for a car to be ready... And, to be able to just pull up to return the car and get the final bill by email. Just as efficient to return the vehicle as it was to pick up! Enterprise has great system in place for loyal customers and I wanted to applaud your focus on customer concerns and streamlining the process!

    Pick up was super easy. We only had two cars to choose from both the same and both were not cleaned. We choose the one with less scratches . Both were equally low to the ground. If you’re a senior it may be difficult getting in and out. Windows and side mirrors were spotted and very dirty. Windshield also was streaked and dirty. The trunk was clean and large. Inside of car was worn and not vacuumed well. There was lots of sand on floor mats and seats. The car drove well and got decent gas mileage. It served us well. We would have preferred a cleaner vehicle. The return was super easy and pain free. Price was high but we were in Hawaii and everything is elevated. Their team was very friendly and accommodating. We usually always rent from Enterprise because of their great team. They do get us in and out quickly.
