Cyrus who helped replace my car battery was very professional and quick at his work, but more importantly a very good person to chat it up with! Recently moved to the Honolulu area, and encounters like these have made our transition to this new city easier for us!

I came initally for a battery. Had to get it installed at my shop because I have a Mercedes and they have all sorts of computer resets for everything you do form Oil change to battery replacement and so on.. I also needed wiper blades/fluid and to return the battery core. The store was busy and everyone was very helpful. A gentleman named Mo H came running out as I was half way across the parking lot, carrying my old battery and told me they are there to carry those in and out for us, just come in and ask! A younger sweetheart helped me install my wiper blades after I bought and returned the wrong ones **first time replacing them since buying the vehicle** overall fantastic service and aloha here:) mahalos for the help!

I purchased a battery from this store and provided the employee with the full VIN of my vehicle specifically to make sure I received the correct battery. The manager looked up my Tesla using the VIN and personally selected and brought me the battery that their system showed as compatible with my car. I took the battery and installed it in my Tesla. After installation, I discovered that the battery they sold me uses AGM technology, while my Tesla is designed and configured for the original lead-acid low-voltage battery technology. The vehicle’s battery management system cannot properly register/configure this AGM battery as the correct replacement because it is expecting the original battery type. This particular AGM application is intended for other auxiliary applications such as hybrids and plug-in hybrids and is not the correct battery technology for my Tesla. Approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes after purchasing the battery, I returned to the store and explained exactly what had happened. I asked them either to exchange it for a battery with the correct technology for my Tesla or simply refund my purchase. The store manager working on Saturday, August 8 told me that they did not carry the correct battery technology in the size required for my vehicle. Despite acknowledging that they could not provide the correct replacement, he told me that they would not exchange the battery and would not issue a refund. Instead, I was told that if I wanted to pursue the issue further, I could come back on Monday and speak with someone else. This makes absolutely no sense from a customer-service standpoint. I did not select a random battery from the shelf. I provided the complete VIN, identified the vehicle as a Tesla, and relied on the store and its manager to provide the correct part. The battery was selected and handed to me by their employee based on my VIN. Why should I, as the customer, be financially responsible for receiving an incorrect part when I provided all the information necessary for the store to determine compatibility? I returned only about an hour after the purchase as soon as I discovered that the battery technology was not compatible with my vehicle. I understand that batteries can have special return policies once installed. However, this was not a case of me changing my mind or purchasing the wrong battery myself. The incorrect battery was specifically selected for my vehicle by the store after they were provided with the full VIN. I expected the store manager to take responsibility for the mistake and offer a reasonable solution—either the correct battery or a refund. Instead, I was left with a battery that I cannot properly use in my Tesla and was simply told to come back another day. Extremely disappointing experience and customer service.

I came to this location at around 3:00 PM and asked for help finding the correct oil and oil filter for my car. When I asked an employee for assistance, he gave me a blank stare and spoke to me in a very condescending way, as if I were stupid for asking. Instead of providing professional customer service, he made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. To make matters worse, he started singing while checking me out, which came across as unprofessional given the situation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected much better customer service.
