  와이키키 선셋 호텔에 있는 Alamo Rent A Car 지점을 이용했습니다. 직원들이 친절했고 차량 인수 과정도 빠르고 간편했습니다. 차량 상태도 깨끗하고 운전하기 편해서 오아후 여행 내내 만족스럽게 이용했습니다. 반납 절차도 어렵지 않아 처음 하와이에서 렌터카를 이용하는 분들에게도 추천할 만한 지점입니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. I rented a car from Alamo Rent A Car at Waikiki Sunset Hotel. The staff were friendly, pickup was quick, and the car was clean and comfortable. The return process was easy. A great rental experience, and I would definitely use this location again.

  3/31, 4/3 두번 이용 했습니다 온라인 예약이 간편해서 좋았습니다 차량 상태도 괜찮았습니다 사무실의 위치는 맥도날드 옆 출입구로 들어가면 바로 찾을수 있습니다 4월3일 금요일 오피스 직원에게 감사 인사를 전하고 싶습니다 (아시아계 남자 직원) 본인의 퇴근 시간이 지났지만 저희를 도와주었고, 매우 친절 했습니다 여행을 망칠뻔 했지만 그 직원의 도움으로 잘 마무리 할 수 있었습니다! *단점 : 알라모 렌트카 전화 문의를 하고 싶었지만 모든 문의는 ARS 응답기가 받으며 웹사이트 주소를 불러 줍니다

  와이키키서쪽, 힐튼이나 일리카이 부근의 알라모라면 여기를 이용하는 것이 편하다. 와이키키 지점에 있는 자동발매기가 없어서 조금 더 시간이 걸리는 편이고, 일본인들이 많이 이용하는지 친절한 일본인 직원이 나와있을 때도 있다. 인도요리전문점이 있는 상가건물 2층(1층은 반지하)에 사무실이 있고, 3층에서 차량을 수령한다. 상가 주차장이 닫히므로 저녁 일곱시까지 반드시 차량을 반납해야 한다는데 이것이 좀 부담스럽게 느껴진다.

  Very short walk (5 mintues mainly spent waiting for the crosswalk for Ala Moana Blvd) from the Hilton Hawaiian Village. I rented from here on two separate days, and got there first thing in the morning (7am). Took less than 10 minutes to get me checked in and on my way upstairs to pick up my rental. Final price paid was in line with the estimate when I booked. Staff was extremely nice and pointed out the nearest gas station. The location is a bit inconvenient to drive to with all the one-way streets (especially after I filled up right before dropping the rental back off), but everyone on the road is extremely nice in letting you switch lanes. I'd recommend folks picking up from here rather than at a hotel/resort due to the extended hours until 7pm.
