  The Hilo airport site was awesome! I'd just ordered the SUV and it was freshly washed, cleaned & ready in 30 minutes. I wish I could remember her name because the wahine (woman) was cheerful, helpful, informative & timely 💯👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾! Great customer service👍🏾😁.

  Fast and easy, upgrade at no charge for a specialty vehicle that was on the lot, and all I had to do for this corporate booking was to walk up to the counter, show my drivers license, initial and sign the form, take the keys and go! Less than 5min and I was on the road!
