  In Hilo for work and rented a car from national. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. AJ at the front desk at check I was friendly, funny, engaging and helpful. On return, I had Jared. He is a solid and awesome employee. What an awesome face of aloha for your company. I was running late and a little nervous because I couldn’t turn off light in the car or find the keys. He immediately put me at ease with, No worries Aunty, I got you. And he sure did. So extremely helpful as I got my wheelchair from the car. All the while asking how he could help and if I eeded anything. Lifted out my bag and even offered to escort me across the street to lend a hand with my big bag. Thank you National for these amazing and hardworking and kind emplouees

  The Hilo airport site was awesome! I'd just ordered the SUV and it was freshly washed, cleaned & ready in 30 minutes. I wish I could remember her name because the wahine (woman) was cheerful, helpful, informative & timely 💯👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾! Great customer service👍🏾😁.
