  I had an excellent experience with Rose at Enterprise. She was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made the rental experience smooth and stress-free. Rose provided outstanding customer service and truly made a positive impression. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like her on their team. There should be more employees like Rose—dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about customers. Thank you, Rose, for your exceptional service!

  I flew to hilo Hawaii they did not have rental at the airport jan 17th to day is the jan 19th they "enterprize" still do not have car rentals i have never had this problem in san diego but it is a serious problem to call yourself a car rental and never have cars to rent it is she was "agent" quite ignorant about anything to do on the the big island and it may have verged on racism no cars for howie/mainlander

  Young man working at the time of return was very rude and Condescending when I questioned the billing. Car was due to return that Monday night 2-29-16 at 8pm, I brought the car back at around 6:30pm but the collision coverage ended at 6:30 am the previous morning so I got charged for an extra day. I politely (at first) explained to him that it made no sense to me that my coverage wouldn't cover the entire rental agreement time. Not going to quote him but the young man used words like "you're not listening" and "you don't understand" and never did I hear the words "sir, please or thanks". All I needed to "understand" was the fact that I would not rent a car for 5 days and only get collision coverage for 4 days. That made no sense. It may have been the fault of the young man attendant that I picked the car up from but that's beside the point. you do not treat customers like idiots and this young man treated me like an idiot. If this had happened 30 years ago when I was in my wild 20s I would've probably just punched him in the mouth to shut him up. I will never Rent from Enterprise again, I'm a native Hawaiian who got treated like an unwelcomed visitor in my home state. *Note: I HAD TO click +1 star so it would let me post, I would click -5 stars if would it let me.
