  I've been meaning to write this for some time. I'm currently in a extended rental from this location. Joshua Nagle and his team are fantastic. Friendly and eager to help. Very proactive. They always get me on my way in moments with no fuss. Side benefit, this location is notably less expensive than the ITO location. Well done!

  I cannot say enough good things about the manager Josh and entire team at Enterprise. They went above and beyond to assist our utility employees who were in Hilo supporting storm recovery efforts. The manager was incredibly accommodating and made sure our team was picked up from the airport in a timely manner, even going out of his way to make the process as easy as possible for us. The entire team was extremely responsive and willing to work with us and bend when needed to accommodate our unique situation. I work with hotels and rental companies frequently, and it can be surprisingly difficult to get someone at a local branch to answer the phone or respond quickly. This team was the complete opposite. They were available, responsive, flexible, and genuinely seemed to care about helping our team. Their willingness to accommodate our needs made our job so much easier during a stressful situation. What could have been a complicated rental process was completely seamless and essentially flawless. A huge thank you to the entire Enterprise Hilo team and Josh for going above and beyond. Your exceptional customer service truly made a difference!

  This was my first time renting a car because my car was at the repair shop. I was nervous but Jace and everyone else I talked to when I first rented the car and everytime I had to call to extend another week made me feel so comfortable. All of my questions were answered and I will definitely come again if I ever need to.

  The Enterprise Branch Rental Manager Joshua Nagle in Hilo, HI was very helpful, made everything clear and understandable about the rental vehicle. He gave me his card and assured me I could reach out to him if I had any questions? So I was impressed with his level of professionalism, he made everything super easy to get through. My rental Jeep was super clean, smelled good and was fun to drive! I also like the fact that Enterprise worked with my local car dealership, the shuttle team drivers were also courteous and professional.
