  I wasn't waiting alone line to pick up the rental car the stuff was helpful and kind they helped me a lot with all my question they give me interaction where to pick up the car were to drop it on the way back when I return it. Thank you so much it was a good service I will rent a car with alamo.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😃

  Alamo is the best rental company at Hilo . We rented Jeep and it is bred new , Incredibly friendly service, everything was explained and shown to us with a smile. We received recommendations on what to see and where to eat during our stay. We were incredibly surprised. Thank you for everything!

  Alamo helped make our two week family vacation memorable for my whole family…from customer service to car pick up and drop off on two islands. The Alamo staff were so nice, friendly, helpful and welcoming. You will never experience this kine of aloha anywhere else but in the islands. Mahalo…A Hui Hou!!🌺

  I reserve my vehicles through Costco and Alamo usually has the cars I want at the best price. The agents at the Hilo Airport are always pleasant and very helpful. I’m optimistic that will be the case at other locations, too.
