My regular carcass involved in an accident. My insurance company set up a rental through Enterprise, I was told it would be an aSUV similar to what I was currently driving. However, they were out of SUVs so I was given a Nissan Ultima until an SUV was available. Several days latter I called and they had one that I could use. It was a very good match. Toyota Rav4, very nice car and one that I was thinking about before I purchased the one that I did. The employee had the car all prepped and ready to go. Very nice car!! Friendly staff and everything was so simple. Mahalo Enterprise!

I want to give huge recognition to Cammie at the Pearl City branch for turning around a frustrating rental experience. Earlier in the week, I picked up a rental from another location that was in unacceptable condition—streaky glass covered in heavy water spots, stained cup holders and cloth seats, and grime around the door handles. When rain made driving visibility genuinely unsafe the next morning, I tried exchanging it at the original branch after being told over the phone that I could, only to arrive and be told nothing was available unless I paid out-of-pocket for an upgrade. To make matters worse, I was told they wouldn't call other branches to help me locate another car. Frustrated and left to handle it myself, I called Enterprise Pearl City and got Cammie on the line. The difference was night and day. Cammie listened attentively, showed genuine empathy, and immediately checked her inventory to find a solution. She placed a hold on a clean Prius and invited me to come straight over. When I arrived, Cammie greeted me warmly. Sensing I was stressed from the runaround, she remained calm, kind, and completely understanding. Before handing over the keys, she personally conducted a thorough walk-around with me to ensure the vehicle met my expectations and that I felt comfortable and safe. Cammie’s professionalism, proactive attitude, and care for the customer are impeccable. She single-handedly salvaged my trust in Enterprise, and other locations could learn a lot from the high standard of service she sets. Thank you, Cammie

I appreciate the hassle free experience. It was quick and easy. I dropped my vehicle off at the body shop and my Enterprise rental was right there waiting for me. A quick overview of the vehicle and I was on my way to continue my day.

Prompt courteous service with no hassles. David and Carlos definitely deserve a raise if not a free dinner. I am a very busy person that requires a appointments to be on time and hassle free so I can go on to my next appointment. They were very helpful and brief but explained the details of renting my car. I received a Rav 4 that was just like previous rental and it was fully loaded with gas and clean. Thanks David and Carlos at Enterprise Waipahu!!
