  Aiea is a Superstar location. Joelle the manager is super solid. She took care of our rental issues when the Waipahu location couldn’t. No haggle , no question and everything went smooth. I will be coming back to rent from them again. Keep going superstars.. 🫡👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

  I had a booked RSVP confirmation. Received a phone call minutes after landing on Honolulu telling me they “are overbooked and don’t have a car “ for me. I was shocked & upset!! I was supposed to pick my car up in 40 mins only then to be stranded & scrambling to find a ride. NEVER doing business with them again!!!

  Awful customer service! Got a filthy car right before 5 pm when they close. Called the next morning for a replacement vehicle. Car sputtering at stop light almost died out 3 times. AC would come warm and woublow stink air. A few time the steering would pull to the left. I wasn't going to get into an accident. I was even willing to pay for an upgrade to a SUV. I was told there was no vehicle available till 1 or 2 pm. I was scheduled to return at 430 pm. The person on the phone kept giving excuses to my situation. Of course I got angry. I asked for the number of the corporate. I didn't get that number and asked for her name. She said her name was Jordan and that she will be hanging up now. I called back immediately. Of course they have caller id and Sam answered. I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was on the phone and would be with me in a minute. I asked for the manager's name. It"s Jordan. Wow my favorite person who just hung up on me. That manager who hung up on me. Sam told me she will be with me in a minute. I asked are you sure a minute or are you just saying that. No response from Sam who put me on hold. 30 seconds later I am sent to voicemail. No one had the decency to pick up the phone and tell me that they will have Jordan call me back. But why would I expect an employee to have customer service if the manager doesn't. Jordan must have trained Sam. I Googled corporate office and called. Put in my complaint. I suggested they allow me to go to another location to switch the car. She pulled up the airport location on Nimitz. She told me she was in the system and made arrangements for me to switch out the car for an SUV. I would need to pay for the update. I agreed and drove down to the airport location. I get there thinking everything was set up only to be told they have no availability till later this afternoon. That's strike two in my mind. The manager Kim was very helpful and very gracious. She even offered to have her crew clean the car. I told her I truly appreciate her kind gesture but I didn't have the time. So I was stuck with a dirty stinky car that doesn't run well. I hope Enterprise corporate sees these complaints and fix their customer service. This also affects Lex Brodie's. My car rental was paid for by Lex Brodie's. Excellent customer service on their part. But do I want to have to deal with Jordan's lack of customer service at Enterprise? Will I go to Lex Brodie's? I truly don't know. I can see this affecting both businesses. I really like Lex Brodie's but I also dislike Jordan and Enterprise.
