- SCSarah Clement4 days ago1.0If I could put negative stars I would. Brent the "stand- in" manager allowed his mechanic to break our oil pan valve without informing us of the over torquing issue. Didn't ask us if it was ok to proceed even if that meant possibly breaking it. He admitted fault, has it on video that he alone made the decision to try to get the valve out which caused the break. Told us he was uncomfortable with us driving the car and that they would pay for a tow truck and pay for the repair. Then changed his tune and refused fault, said it was fine to drive based on him "test driving" it. Which entailed pulling it out of the bay and driving around the building to park it. Now GM Robert Parker is arguing with me on the phone and as I was making my claim his phone line "mysteriously" dropped the call.... Absolutely ridiculous, total disrespect and terrible customer service. I was being yelled at by Brent one minute then he was crying the next. That business has no one there with common sense and customer service skills. Don't waste your time!

- ACAubrey ChamberlainAug 21, 20261.0The LandCruiser came out with missing bolts on the skid plate. The plate was sagging down and noticed it the following Monday. I took it in and asked them if they could do something about it, and they proceeded to use what they had. I told them I was not interested in stripping out threads, so thanks but no thanks. Then one of the guys at the shop said, it’s attached so it’s not a big deal. It’s a skid plate, not a splash guard!!! What an insult. Had to take it to a dealership and they showed me all the places where the plate was not attached to the frame and not assembled in the right order. Toyota of Roswell hooked me up with no charge and then asked why I took an LC to a Lube shop. I said, price. They then informed me that factory recommended oil and an OEM filter was only $90 instead of $150 at the lube shop.
