I told them what I came in for and while sitting and waiting he ran thru all the things I may need for my vehicle speaking clear and concise for someone who doesn’t know anything about cars…sadly to say there’s was another employee that almost made me leave the shop by huffing and puffing and complaining about all the things I agreed to have done to my car. Ian apologized for me overhearing that and mentioned that the maintenance would be over soon and told me next time I show up I could find a coupon online

In the past, whenever you came in, your car would be serviced quickly and you could leave within about 15–25 minutes. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Recently, every time I visit, I end up waiting at least 35–45 minutes without a clear reason. It often feels like the process is slower than it should be, and the focus is not on completing the service as efficiently as possible. This location and company were well-known for quick service, which is why many customers chose them. It’s disappointing to see such a noticeable change. I hope management looks into this issue and improves the service time again. It also feels like the focus is more on filling time rather than completing each service efficiently. Even after the service is finished, I’ve had to wait an additional 10–15 minutes without any clear reason. This has happened multiple times, which makes the experience frustrating.
