  Needed my tire valve repaired. This place gave me the best price after calling around. The reason I’m leaving the review is because instead of just handing my tire back to me, he (Aaron) put the tire on my car and I didn’t even ask. I had a spare tire on and was planning to just do it myself later. That was an extra step that wasn’t even asked for and he did it anyways. I’m very impressed and thank you so much. You have all my car business from here on out.

  Aaron and the team re-balanced my almost new tires on my Ranger. The Ford dealership sold me the tires, but couldn't get the vibration out. THESE GUYS DID! Worth the money and kudos to your tire tech, great job. Friendly staff that are happy doing their job. Quick and efficient in handling my no appointment, drive up issue.

  I had such a great experience getting a valve stem replaced on my tire, and I cannot say enough good things about Steve! From the moment I called, Steve was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the issue and answer all of my questions. He immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured that my tire would be taken care of. When I arrived, Steve continued to provide exceptional customer service. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained why the valve stem needed to be replaced, and walked me through the process in a way that was easy to understand. He was honest, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt confident about the repair without ever making me feel pressured. What really stood out was how much Steve genuinely cared about helping me. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and that my tire was safe before I left. His attention to detail and commitment to great service were truly impressive. Steve is so incredibly friendly and exceptional with his service. If you need any tire service, ask for Steve. He made what could have been a stressful situation quick, easy, and completely hassle-free.   Very disappointed and such a bad experience with these guys. I’ve come here for quite a few things over the years. Most recently I brought in my vehicle that had a leak in the tire. Figured while they had it up they could rotate the tires and replace some sensors. They completed the work and I asked the guy did you get that leak fixed which he responded he did. But I immediately knew he was lying. Just the way he said it. Sure enough my tire was almost flat the next day. Took it back in for them to essentially warranty the work and was completely dismissed. Said they could get to it in about 5 hours. Happy to take my money, but not happy to actually have to earn it. Took my truck down to Discount Tire, which was much busier, and they immediately looked at it, found the problem, and fixed it in about 20 min. Feels good to be treated with respect! Been coming here since they opened for many many things and needless to say I won’t be back and highly recommend driving a quarter mile down the road if you want great service.
