- LYLindsay YeaterSep 29, 20261.0Have been getting my oil changed and other services at this location for several years with no issues. Went there this morning, arriving at 10:30. There was only one car in the bay being serviced, so not busy at all. Walked into the lobby, made eye contact through the window with two mechanics- one busy one not- no one acknowledged me or said "will be right there". I stood there for a full 10 minutes. Eventually, the service manager walked out from the back, and I made eye contact with him. However, he continued to do whatever he was doing walking back-and-forth, standing there for a minute, finishing a task and then starting a new one. No one ever helped me or acknowledged my presence in the lobby, so I just walked out and left. Went down the street to Grease Monkey. Don't have time in the middle of the workday to be ignored. They were not backlogged with work, they were not busy with customers, and I will not get service there again.

I wasn’t disappointed. Barry was my service rep and he patiently helped me select the right tires and brake service needed for my car.
