Be careful!!!! Theres a short guy with receding hair line, dark skinned. He’s going to upsell you things that are unnecessary. I believed he told his name was tony, it might be different now. He’ll give you free windshield wipers so he can upsells you something different more expensive. I trusted him, but luckily he couldn’t find the parts for my car that needed to be “fixed”. He even went out of his ways to find the part that needed to be “fixed”. I went and talked to the techs to find out whats going on, the techs said “everything looks good, make sure you know your stuff and be careful”. Thank you to all the honest techs there. Just be careful of the manager (possibly the owner) .

I was out of town for work and my low tire pressure light came on. I googled Mavis Tire near me and found the one at 3080 Eagle Drive Woodstock, Ga. When I walked in I was greeted by several employees. I had 2 screws in my tire and they fixed the problem in no time. Scotty took fantastic care of my tire issue and made me feel like I was part of the family!!! Thanks again, Scotty!!! You are the BEST!!!

I went in for a simple tire patch. They were quick and reasonably priced. Most tire shops I've been to have done that for free, though I think that says something positive about those shops rather than anything negative about this one.
The reason for the rating is they stained the interior cloth of my brand new car in multiple places with oil. The camera flash makes it look better than it actually is (if the photo I attached is visible).

I can’t say enough good things about Doug and the whole team at Mavis on Towne Lake. It was such a blessing I went to see them yesterday when I was having trouble with a tire. From start to finish, this was the most incredible experience I’ve ever had walking into a shop of any kind. The team was honest, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of.
It felt less like doing business and more like being taken care of by friends and neighbors who genuinely wanted to make sure I was okay. There was no pressure, no feeling like I was just another customer. It was good people who cared, were honest with me, and wanted to help. That kind of service is rare, and it’s something I won’t ever forget.
