  Very rude and unprofessional customer service. The employee working the emissions station was dismissive from the moment I arrived. Instead of speaking to me, she gestured at me from a distance to move in a very disrespectful way. While testing my car, she changed the radio station and disconnected my phone without asking. When I tried to ask questions, she ignored me and would not respond. I don’t expect anyone to be overly friendly, but basic courtesy and professionalism should be the minimum when dealing with customers. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking during my visit.

  Came into town for a tournament and used the time in between games to get an oil change! 10/10 recommend Grease Monkey. Ze was incredibly personable and friendly! If we are ever back in town I'll definitely be swinging back by!

  Unfortunately, my experience at Grease Monkey was pretty disappointing. I went in for what should have been a simple oil change and ended up spending about an hour and a half of my day there. I waited about 30 minutes just to get into the carport, despite being the only car in line, and once I finally got in, it took another hour to complete the oil change. I’ve had countless oil changes at other places, and even on the longer side, the actual oil change itself has usually taken around 20 minutes. Spending an entire hour on the service was extremely frustrating. I understand that it was a busy Sunday and they were understaffed, with only two people working. The employees themselves were actually very nice, respectful, and seemed to be doing the best they could. I’m a pretty laid-back person, so I was more than willing to wait and kept telling them, “I’m in no rush, you’re good,” because I could see they were overwhelmed and I genuinely felt bad for them. My frustration is not with the employees—it’s with management and how the situation was handled. What bothered me was that they kept telling me I would be in quickly while also talking about how Grease Monkey is supposed to be a 5-minute, stop-and-go kind of place. If they had simply told me upfront, “We’re really backed up today and it’s going to be a while,” I would have understood and could have made the decision to wait knowing that. Instead, I kept being told it would be soon, and an hour and a half later, I was still there. They eventually told me I would receive $15 off for waiting and for “not making a scene,” which I appreciated considering I had been patient and understanding the entire time. Unfortunately, that discount was never actually applied to my bill. I also felt like I was overcharged for the services, which made the experience even more frustrating. I really don’t blame the employees for any of this. They were kind and professional, and it was obvious they were doing what they could with the staffing they had. I think this ultimately comes down to management needing to do a better job with staffing on busy days and being upfront with customers about wait times. I’m completely willing to be patient when I know there’s going to be a wait, but my time is valuable too. Spending an hour and a half for a basic oil change, being told repeatedly that I’d be in quickly, and then not receiving the discount I was promised left a pretty bad impression.

  I had almost given up on this place but I am a creature of habit and thank God! I came in and spoke with a new gentleman that was knowledgeable about the motor in my kia that burns oil "they all do"!! he informed me that I could come in and have it topped off at any time which I never knew!! He also didn't try to push me to have any "extra work done"!! While showing me things I needed but could wait!! It was nice having someone change my oil that was familiar with a motor and inner workings of it! Made me feel comfortable letting them under my hood and that feeling was all but lost! Thank you Justin I really appreciate it!

  I recently started taking my Venza to this company a year ago. After my flush & oil change there were some suggested recommendations given to me. I was told I needed a serpentine belt which i was told was slightly worn. I didnt do it that day with a $200 dollar cost. I took to another mechanic and he said there was nothing wrong with mine at all. I will not be taking my cars to this company ever again. In this economy I need to save every dollar . Im just glad I didnt do it that day. I cant trust a dishonest facility.
