  The service was ok except for not putting my cabin air filter back properly just let it ay in my glove box. Also I had a coupon for $29 but was changed $46.

  Be cautious bringing your car here. Brought in July 2025 for an oil change and they took forever, was eventually told that the drain plug was stripped and heard new mechanic didn't know (my previous oil change subaru reviewed they didn't strip). So I ended up at sandy plains location where my oil pan had to be broken off an replaced since it was stripped. I ended up with an 800.00 bill not expecting. Eventually got to work for company but the DM Jhrell Daise said his techs know how to do oil changes. I honestly just want my 800 I paid since wasn't a bill expecting and not my fault. The location took forever. Go elsewhere if can.

  Unbelievably expensive at $109 for full synthetic. And $126 after all the fees and taxes!?!? All I could do was throw down a measley $20 coupon which put it right back around the advertised cost. That doesn’t include anything else either. I remember when they would top off all your fluids, clean your windows AND vacuum the front seats and floor. Now they try to pressure you into upsells like air filters and windshield wipers. I will acknowledge that the lead tech was very polite and as a matter of fact all the techs were polite. So there’s that. But I think that visit will be my last to Grease Monkey after my previous 2 disappointing experiences with them. This company has fallen way off over the last 20+years.
