  As a girl, this is the only shop I allow my fellow girls to go to when they need any kind of car work. I’ve been going to the Woodstock location for years and have brought a few different cars in for countless services. The guys here are amazing—they explain everything so well, are honest, reasonably priced, quick, and I’ve never had an issue with them or their work. Love it here and will forever recommend them! Thank you to Adam for taking care of my brakes today on such short notice and so quickly!

  Great overall experience, David and Zach took great care of me and my vehicle. The store manager, Zach, on his day off, pulled in after me at a gas station to let me know about a light trail of smoke coming from the exhaust, and helped take care of a problem that could have turned into a major issue. Will be coming back for future repairs and maintenance!

  I’ve had an exceptional experience with the team at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers on Parkbrooke, and I genuinely feel like I’ve found a shop I can trust. They’ve helped me with everything from smaller things like oil changes and tires to more significant, full-service repairs and maintenance. No matter what I bring my vehicle in for, I’m treated with the same level of professionalism, respect, and genuine care. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars, I especially appreciate that I’ve never been made to feel talked down to or treated differently. They take the time to understand my situation first and then let that guide their recommendations. There’s never a sense that they’re simply trying to sell me something. If I want to invest in my vehicle and keep it running for as long as possible, they’ll explain what that looks like. If I’m trying to get by and need to prioritize what’s most important, they’ll help me understand my options and find an approach that fits my needs and budget. That honesty and flexibility means so much to me. They are knowledgeable, straightforward, friendly, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. I never feel pressured, embarrassed, or like I’m being taken advantage of. Instead, I feel listened to and respected. It’s rare to find an auto shop where you can have that level of trust, but that’s exactly how I feel about this team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and genuinely customer-focused auto care in Woodstock!

  Courteous service from everyone. Had a bank card issue after the service was already completed and David calmed me down and said it wasn’t a problem, just to come back and pay what I owed after I got my bank straightened out. Luckily it was set right while I was still there but the offer was genuine. Love these guys!

  I’ve had a really good experience here. Everyone is always friendly and takes the time to listen to my concerns about my car. I don’t know much about cars, so sometimes I can only describe something that doesn’t feel or sound normal to me. They always take my concerns seriously, check what could be causing it, and patiently explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I never feel rushed or brushed off. I really appreciate the way they treat their customers and the care they put into their work. I know it’s not always easy to maintain that level of patience and care throughout a busy workday. Their professionalism and patience make me feel comfortable bringing my car here, and I would definitely recommend this location.
