  Rude people. I think the should focus in add more staff or else. When you rent a car, as customers, we should have a good time. Not here.

  They scheduled my vehicle pickup for 5:30 PM. When I arrived, the lady told me they didn’t have a car available and asked me to come back tomorrow to pick it up.

  I love the Enterprise staff at the local site (Woodstock II Bells Ferry, GA). Service is always courteous, professional, and quick. When I had a tire issue in Waterville, Maine the local Enterprise folks got me into a new vehicle in quick order so I was back on the road and ready to go.

  Spent nearly 2 hours off and on holding on phone during what was stated on google to be a live slow time for the location, to make sure they had a suitable vehicle for what was to be a 5 month rental. Perfect rental to an older customer, driving 20 miles per week, with vehicle kept mostly in a garage. Couldn't make a reservation in a reasonable amount of time and gave up calling back to be put on continuous hold. ...What a joke.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with Enterprise was extremely disappointing. I made a reservation in advance for an 8-passenger vehicle, but when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, I was simply told that they did not have one available. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the employee who assisted us. He showed very little interest in helping and seemed completely unconcerned about the inconvenience this caused. After a long delay, they had to rely on another rental company to provide an 8-passenger vehicle. We did not receive the vehicle until 11:48 a.m., several hours after our scheduled pickup time. As a direct result of this delay, one of my family members missed a flight that evening, causing financial loss, unnecessary stress, and major inconvenience for our entire family. A reservation should mean that the vehicle you reserved will actually be available, or at the very least that the company has a professional plan to resolve the situation quickly. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst car rental experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this Enterprise location, and I hope they improve both their customer service and the way they manage reservations.
