- CCChristine5 days ago5.0Harrison was an amazing rep. My accident early Monday morning left me distraught and scrambling for transportation. I was in an amazing car and out the door within an hour from the time I arrived at the body shop. The experience was seamless and easy. 100% satisfied!
- NANicki AOct 6, 20262.0Alessandro the branch manager resolved an issue he caused.... 5 months after he caused it and numerous calls/time I've wasted trying to resolve this myself. Only resolved this issue after I physically went to a different location to get help from Jared at the Cobb Parkway location. Do better.
- FYFahd YassineSep 29, 20265.0excellent customer service and when i booked a car and went to pick it up it was actually there and ready, Unlike others who took my money and when i went there they had no car and wanted to put me in something smaller. returning the car took less than 2 mins.
- DWDavid WelchSep 27, 20261.0Enterprise Rental car, Woodstock location. Do not rent from here! Poorly managed. They don’t answer the phone, put on hold, then hangs up on you, instead of being able to leave a message or getting forwarded to national number. I’d requested their “ pick up service “, and they didn’t show up or call. I reserved a full size and they stuck me in a midsize instead. Family of four with luggage! 🤦♂️Expecting a rate adjustment but cannot get in touch with them. Very poor experience!
- EEECMRWMWDASep 18, 20261.0Received a call after 6 pm to let us know the size vehicle we reserved for vacation won’t be available for our trip in the morning. We were advised to check the airport (!! Who has time to deal with that drive from Woodstock)- second time this year that this location has failed to have the reserved vehicle available. The time of call left other potential options closed for the evenings They had a poor trainee call to give that news. Poorly done Enterprise. If your location doesn’t have the reserved vehicles in inventory, don’t take the reservation. The reservation was made weeks ago. So disappointed in this operation.
