  Another super easy and pleasant experience, renting a weekend car at the last minute at this location. It’s such a nice place to access the office but also to leave my own car when I’m renting from them. And the Sunday Dropbox option is extremely convenient for the kind of quick trips I like to take.

  I don’t have anything positive to say about this location. I have been dealing with car repairs and insurance claims after an accident, and I thought it would be an easy process to make a reservation while my car got serviced. Clearly there’s no communication between the call center and the individual branches, because it wasn’t until I was sitting stranded at the body shop did an employee tell me they can’t send a car to my location. Made the reservation days in advance and this caused me to be late to a very important meeting. Would not recommend

  I was provided a rental through insurance while my car was being repaired, and I was impressed by how quickly the team reached out to me. In fact, they contacted me to schedule my pickup before the body shop even called. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was friendly, helpful, and quick to answer my questions. Jennifer picked me up from the body shop, and she was absolutely wonderful. The drive to the rental office flew by thanks to our great conversation. Once we arrived, the process was smooth and efficient. The staff explained everything clearly, handed me the keys, and had me on my way in no time. I had the car for a little over a week, and everything went well. The only issue was that the A/C wasn't working quite as well as it should have. While it wasn't a deal breaker—even with Atlanta's summer heat—it would have been nice to have a cooler ride. I did send a text to see if anything could be done, but I never received a response. One thing I really appreciated was the return process. I was able to leave the rental at the body shop when I picked up my car, and they handled the return for me. That convenience made the whole experience much easier. A few days later, the team even followed up to check on how everything went and apologized for the A/C issue, which I thought was a nice touch and showed they genuinely care about their customers. Overall, the customer service was excellent, the process was easy, and everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. Despite the minor A/C issue, I would definitely rent from them again and would recommend them to others.
