  Communication between the salesperson and the buyer was very inattentive and unprofessional. The front desk staff showed no willingness to assist with care or courtesy; the impression was that we were a nuisance. Everything went smoothly before the purchase contract was signed, but afterward, there was a complete lack of attention toward the buyer.I’ve been waiting for a response that was supposed to come two days after the purchase—meaning I’ve been waiting over three weeks—only to be told in the end that "this is the procedure." How was I supposed to know that when no one made the effort to inform me? Very disappointed

  Poor service. Camper was in for awning repair had to contact Jayco directly to get authorization as dealer failed in many attempts. Customer service poor quality! Would not recommend dealership!!!

  I recently took my Forest River in for repair on the slide and to have the roof sealed. My service advisor was Alisha and she did a great job making sure I understood the scope of the work, the length of time it would take, and the cost. She communicated with me all through the process.   READ EVERY NUMBER BEFORE YOU SIGN AND DO YOUR OWN MATH I recently dealt with this Camping World while trying to trade my camper, and the experience completely destroyed my trust in this dealership. During the financing process, I was given numbers for the proposed deal. The confusing part was that the out-the-door/financed amount appeared to be LOWER than the previous deal I had been discussing, yet they were trying to put me into a LONGER loan term — 20 YEARS — while somehow making my monthly payment about $50 MORE per month. That alone made me stop and start questioning everything. Then there was an additional roughly $12,000 in charges/amount that was being discussed as an estimate, but that amount was not clearly shown on the paperwork I was being asked to sign. I was being asked to sign paperwork for a deal that did not match what I understood I was actually agreeing to. I was also told that certain aspects of the deal were essentially determined by the bank, which made it sound like the dealership wasn’t responsible for the numbers. But when I started comparing the paperwork and doing the math myself, the numbers simply weren’t making sense. I’m very glad I didn’t just assume everything was correct and sign. Think about this: a 20-year RV loan is 240 payments. My loan term before this was 625 a month for 180 months at 8.3 Apr. This one I tried trading for was the same Apr rate for couple grand CHEAPER on total finance compared to my trade in financed, but somehow costed me 50 dollars more on monthly payment and the loan was EXTENDED TO 20 YEARS!!! This isn’t about being upset because I didn’t get the deal I wanted. It’s about transparency. If I’m being asked to sign a loan for decades, I expect every dollar being financed to be clearly explained and shown on the paperwork. I almost ended up accepting a deal that, despite appearing cheaper in one part of the paperwork, would have cost me significantly more because of the longer loan term and additional costs. Do your own math. Take your paperwork home. Don’t let anyone rush you. I hope this review keeps someone else from making a very expensive mistake.

  It's really sad that people are experiencing this. It saddens me to do this post, but people need to know it needs to be put out there regarding the severe lack of customer service, care, and professionalism we have experienced at Camping World, specifically at your Alabama and Woodstock, Georgia locations. They're all onboard when you're there to purchase the minute you seal that deal that's it, they don't care anymore. They don't care. They're rude, especially one of the ladies that's at the front desk. She's very rude. She lacks customer service ethics and professionalism. They're lacking a lot of things in this company alot. We recently purchased a camper and from the very first use, we have encountered serious electrical issues. When we brought the vehicle in for repairs, we were assured that a full diagnostic has been performed and that no issues were found. However, this was proven incorrect on the business grounds when we discovered part of the electrical fault by one caring worker. The tech team failed to perform the necessary diagnostic and try to send us away, putting our family's safety at serious risk. Even after we researched the problem, took screenshots of the potential cause,and sent it to the team, our concerns were completely neglected and the camper was returned to us unresolved. Throughout this entire process, we have experienced an unacceptable lack of communication and zero customer service ethics. Promises of callbacks were never kept, and we have been forced to constantly chase the staff and management team for updates and still nothing. Given that we have experienced this exact same pattern of negligence across multiple locations, it is clear that this is a widespread management issue.These safety violations shouldn't go unnoticed. I seriously doubt that things will change, Probably when somebody seriously gets hurt. I don't understand how this company remains in business after so many bad reviews, it's so many complaints against this company and they are still in business. It buffles me.The management team and the people who works under them has a high tolerance of neglect. There's a high standard of lack in communication. There's a high standard of lack with organization skills. They couldn't find the paperwork. nobody's communicating. I really thought I was on hidden camera for a period of time. I really thought so it's really crazy. Take my advice, don't buy an Arv from there. Hoping that you're gonna experience something different you're not with my experience and so many others you won't you will just be a other victim.We thought the same thing that we were gonna have a different experience. We have witness other customers experiencing Frustration and aggravation, it's not worth it. There are many other places that you can go and get a camper. It's just sad the camper that we bought was the one we really fell in love with and they didn't have it in the Georgia location. So they had to bring it in from kansas location and didn't perform the proper procedures before we picked it up there was a lot of things that needed to be change on it Little things and it didn't even get done Our camper had burn cords , electrical burn cords from the actual camper, and then they're trying to tell us that maybe it's a camground, how two different states campgrounds, will have the same issue . Lady, don't insult my intelligence. I'm not bubb the fool, and I had to tell her that specifically, it can't be the cords were burned pacifically on the entrywayof the electrical component of the RV, they didn't care. They didn't do the diagnostic at all on a camper for the two weeks it was there. They couldn't find issues thats because they didn't look. But here's an issue because the electrical cords are being burnt. 2 different states, two different campsites, with the search protector beingused.
