  The staff was very professional, friendly and up front about costs and services. I selected 30-60 minutes only because I arrived and they were busy and I had to wait for another vehicle to be serviced before it was my turn.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Strickland Brothers location in Winder, GA, and I would strongly caution others before taking their vehicles here. On September 14, I brought my 2020 Chevy Silverado in for a routine oil change. After declining their upgraded service, the employees became extremely rude and unprofessional. I ended up paying $150 for an oil change, which was frustrating enough considering the way I was treated. Just THREE days later, my windshield washer fluid warning light came on, which tells me they didn’t even bother topping off my fluids. Fast forward to today, October 18, and I discovered that my truck had dumped all of its oil into my driveway and now has NO OIL in it. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely concerning, especially considering I trusted this business to properly service my vehicle. I understand that mechanical issues can happen, but between the way I was treated, the services that were apparently overlooked, and now a potentially serious oil leak just over a month after my oil change, I have absolutely no confidence in the quality of work performed here. I paid $150 expecting professional service and peace of mind. Instead, I’m now left with a truck I cannot safely drive and the possibility of expensive repairs. I would NOT recommend this location, and I fully expect management to address this situation.

  I brought my own supplies for an oil change. The young lady was very proffesional and was transparent about labor cost upfront. I drive a Ford f350 and she never had a look of frustration at having to get a step stool to check fluids and add oil. The young man in the oil change pit took his time and even sprayed cleaner and cleaned my oil pan. Topped off all fluids and were thankful for my business. I'll be back.

  I had originally left a review because I got my oil changed on Monday, but come to find out they didn’t do some of the services included with the oil change and marked that they did. I know I was low on windshield wiper fluid. They said they filled it up And did not today. I turned my wipers on to clean my windshield and no windshield wiper fluid. They did not Reset, my oil light percentage back. They normally do it, and I did not think at the time to ask them. I do love going to this place because they’re quick and convenient but It’s back to get all this included in my service especially since they said that they done it and my oil change was $124

  Been having my oil changed there since they opened always thought it was crazy that Winder just didn't have any oil change places I think Walmart was the only dedicated oil change place and luckily you could hang out there for like eight hours or drop your car off at one of the other mechanics. They've always done good work not pushy sales they'll tell you all the stuff that looks like it might be about ready to replace if you say no they're done. Today was the same excellent job as always if you need your oil changed stop by and see them, Highly recommend spending some time communing with the Almighty concerning escaping the parking lot on that curve near the hospital making a left (breaking the law?, Silly arrows) require some divine intervention. It's all part of the fun. We should all vote to force the city to donate 100% of the money collected from tickets to the local churches, I've never understood why we incentivize the police to generate money for politicians pet projects it's the reason everybody gets so many tickets for stupid things, I don't know if this is true but I also heard that the money they steal from people with the school zone cameras they only get like $20 of the 85 they charge the rest goes to the company installing the cameras. Anybody know if that's true?
