  This Mavis store was GREAT! Lynn was absolutely FANTASTIC! I went to her location in Winder Ga with an issue going on with my tires. After some conversation we were able to get to a resolution that was fair to both Mavis and I. Her crew that worked on my truck did an awesome job getting the tires BALLANCED (which I have had issues with at other Mavis stores) and also got an alignment done CORRECTLY ( vs other Mavis stores). I have figured out that some stores are just simply better in the fact that they seem to actually care more than others and Mavis in Winder Ga is one that seems to go above and beyond for there customers, and I feel that Lynn is the reason for that! She is involved with her Team and is willing to go to bat for her customers! Lynn, I want to say Thank you again for all of you help and you and your crew at the Winder Mavis have convinced me to stay a Mavis customer. Keep up the Great work!

  The team here took wonderful care of me after a mistake was made by another Mavis location. They honored the warranty given and put considerable effort into correcting my vehicle’s alignment and camber issues. I would highly recommend this location for their prompt, thorough, and honest work as well as their phenomenal customer service. Thank you Lynne and Andrew for a great job!!

  Very difficult process in getting new tires. I had to bring my car back once because the alignment wasnt done correctly, then again when i later found the tires leaking air. Additionally, i took my old tires yet they still charged a disposal fee. I was told 3 times that i would get it refunded, and i even opened a ticket with corporate. 3 weeks later and i NEVER got the refund

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Winder today. I had a scheduled appointment for 3:00 PM. When I arrived, I specifically asked the receptionist how long the appointment would take. I was told approximately 45 minutes. I explained that I was in a hurry and asked if there was any way they could get me in and out as quickly as possible. After sitting in the waiting room, I looked outside around 3:20 PM and noticed that my vehicle was STILL sitting in the parking lot and had apparently not even been brought in for service. I went back to ask another employee what was going on and when my vehicle would actually be serviced. She proceeded to look through a stack of work orders, where she found mine sitting at the bottom. At that point, I asked for my keys back because I no longer had confidence that my appointment was actually being handled in a reasonable amount of time. I then asked for the manager's name. Instead of simply giving it to me or apologizing for the situation, the employee questioned me: "Why?" I had to respond, "Why what?" before she asked why I needed the manager's name. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to acknowledge why I was frustrated. I drove 20 minutes to get here for a scheduled 3:00 appointment, only to sit in a quiet waiting room while my vehicle remained untouched in the parking lot. I understand that businesses can get busy and that delays happen. What I don't understand is having an appointment, being given an expected timeframe, and then having no communication when the vehicle hasn't even been brought in—and then being treated like I'm unreasonable for asking what is happening. If you are going to offer appointments, there should be some basic level of organization and communication. If you're running behind, just tell the customer. I would have much rather been told upfront that they were delayed than waste my time driving 20 minutes and sitting there with no information. So next time you are busy please call ahead and let that person know!! Also update your waiting room...in better words it is boring and it sucks. Very frustrating experience, and based on how this was handled, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Been going to the Gainesville Highway In Winder location for two years. Today was exceptional. They went over and beyond for me today- From the same as Cash credit card card to driving me back-and-forth to my house- And got my car done faster than I thought- Customer service couldn’t have been better today!! Give this location a shot
