  Very slow. Lady inside argued with me in regards to what I was told over the phone. When I said regardless I am here and need to get tires she still continued to tell me I was wrong and this is why the price is different. They had 2 techs waiting doing nothing and waited until my 1pm appointment to even pull vehicle into bay. Took just under 2 hrs to have a set of new tires put onto vehicle. Very slow service plan at least 2hr wait if they are dead slow. Don't expect the lady inside to be friendly. EDIT: theu also charged me $131 for computer balance when online and then over the phone the service rep told me it was $99. Outside of going every other month to have my tires rotate i wont use a mavis ever again

  I wanted to specifically recognize Corrie for providing truly exceptional customer service. Walking into a tire and brake shop can honestly feel intimidating as a woman, especially in an industry that is still heavily male-dominated, but Corrie immediately made me feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely taken care of. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions without making me feel dismissed, and created an environment that felt welcoming instead of overwhelming. That level of customer service stands out more than she probably realizes. Companies should absolutely value and keep women like Corrie in these roles because she brings a level of trust, communication, and comfort that makes a huge difference for customers like me. Employees like her are a major asset to your company and are a big reason customers will continue coming back and recommending your business to others. I will drive out of my way to this location when I need service on my vehicle.

  Had a great experience at Mavis Tire Shop. Corrie got me in and out in under an hour. Smooth, quick, and professional service all around. In comparison to other shops, Mavis had the best pricing for replacement of my two rear tire tires.

  Lynn provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was very cooperative, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and immaculate customer service truly stood out and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to come across someone so patient, helpful, and welcoming.   Shout out to Patrick and his crew. I came in with some questions about my car. Patrick give me all the answers and steps to moving forward on this situation. Left a bad shop and came to a good honest shop. If you need tires, alignment or just questions about your vehicle. Please come see Patrick and his crew. They will get you right. Thank you so much for showing and explaining everything to me, so that I understood what was going on.
