  I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00 a.m. just to see why the check engine light had come on. at 2:00 p.m. I called them because I hadn’t heard anything from them and was told “we haven’t looked at it yet, give us 30 minutes.” So an hour later I called to get an update and was told “he’s looking at it now give us 20 minutes.” When I called 50 minutes later I was told “Oh yeah, we can’t find the problem you need to take it somewhere else.” So you had my vehicle for 7-8 hours and accomplished nothing with very poor customer communication. I will not be returning and I will instruct my company fleet to not take another vehicle to them, period.

  Excellent service from start to finish! The team at Mavis Tires & Brakes was friendly, professional, and got everything done quickly and efficiently. A special thank you to ASM Brandon, he was incredibly nice, helpful, and made sure I understood everything. Highly recommend this location!

  So I came in asked for oil change and look at tires and replace two. He quoted me I said that’s too high. He brought it down to manageable number for me. I leave my car come back in an hour and a half. Come to pay and they say it’s 80 dollars more. I told them they quoted me this number and they said oh they forgot to add alignment. I said that’s not my issue. They then accepted the originally quoted price. I leave and look at my tires and they moved the more worn tires to the front from the back (I only needed two tires) and put the new ones in the back. Why? Place the new ones in the front where they do more work. Why make the more worn ones the front tires? Can’t do 5 stars if they be slacking and trying to gouge me.

  First off, Mavis is updating their systems. It's a gradual update so their system is glitching. I went online & made an appointment for an alignment & wheel rotation for 4 pm the next day because I'm moving to Oregon tomorrow. My trucks alignment is isn't bad but I wanted to get it as close to perfect as possible since I have 3000 miles to travel. I get an email saying it's confirmed for 12 pm 2 days from when I placed it. They told me it's because their system is being glitchy. They said just come at noon the next day & we'll get you in & out. There's "not many cars scheduled for that time". Okay fine. I go in for my new appointment at noon, & they tell me it's going to be HOURS. They're behind. Okay fine. I understand. They say come in at 8 am next day & we'll get you in & out fast. Okay fine. Will do. I come in the next day at 8 am & it takes 2 hours for an alignment. I leave & notice my wheel is off center leaning 10° to the right. I have to turn around halfway home to come back. They say okay we'll get it right back in. It took 45 minutes to get back in & another 30 to fix the alignment again. I asked for a partial refund when finished & they denied me that because "they were able to fix it". No offer of any kind was made to make it right after wasting 4 hours total of my time. This place is a disaster when it comes to time management & keeping their word. Go somewhere else if you want it done right the first time.
