  I am very pleased with my experience with Paul thigpen. My salesperson was so wonderful I could not have asked for a more professional friendly customer oriented person, he was so knowledgeable about the many features on my new car and patiently explained them to me. He even setup my phone to my car. There are only 5 stars here but he deserves 10 stars. Thank you for everything

  The worst experience that I've ever had at a dealership, or for that matter anywhere that iv ever been, took my truck in for minor work paid major money and now my truck barely runs with no air conditioner and all that was just fine when I took it in for service, I advise you to go somewhere else for your vehicle work, i can hardly go down the road now. Just poor

  I've been a happy customer beginning when it was Mizel Ford Dealership. I've been the proud owner of cars n trucks over the many years. Today my 2016 Ford Escape had a recall on the transmission. I was there by appointment and left my car for repair. I was sent a text offering a tracker to know what was going on if I needed it. Once it was completed in a very timely manner, I was called that it was ready to pick up. I am very pleased to be "family" with Thigpen Ford Dealership.

  They work very hard and understanding your needs and your desire. They offer one of the best service available around with a sincere and a caring heart for the customers is a consumer, but they are the next-door neighbor that you may live behind so they work with that in mind to provide you with a neighborhood friendly service.

  I worked with Mr James, and everyone I interacted with was amazing. I walked away with exactly what I needed for my three teenage boys and I. Communication was easy, there was no surprise or hidden fees anywhere, and the buying was quick and smooth. Communication was clear, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Mr James went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience in this process! I will definitely recommend Thigpen to others! Thank you for taking such good care of us 💕
